The food was good. And the ambience is also good. Only thing we didn't like was they didn't serve hot rotis and naan even after strictly instructed.

I visited this restaurant for dinner recently and, unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations—especially for someone who enjoys spicy, masaledaar Indian flavors. I specifically asked the manager for the spiciest paneer gravy and was recommended the Paneer Toofani. However, it turned out to be quite feeka (bland) and lacked the spice and richness I was expecting. The rotis served alongside also became thick very quickly, even before I could finish them. I then ordered biryani, hoping for a better experience, but it too was disappointing. It tasted quite plain and did not resemble the authentic flavor profile of a good biryani. For dessert, I tried a mud brownie. While the taste was decent, the portion size was quite small considering the price. Overall, the food experience was not satisfactory in terms of taste and value. That said, I would like to highlight that the hospitality was excellent. The staff were polite, respectful, and attentive, and the ambience was pleasant.

The food taste and quality is good. The service is absolutely abysmal 0/5 excluding the wait time for getting a table the turn around time for basic dishes like paneer tikka and roti was 45 minutes, and it was moderately crowded. They needed a good service and organization team, had to remind them to get our order, after which they did, it was a horrible experience with unapologetic managers.

The food taste was good. The ambience was also nice. But service really need to be improved as there was no tissue or handkerchief. We have to ask again and again for that. No plates served even the food has came to the table.

When you make a reservation, you’d think the management understands the concept. Apparently, the management at Prasad doesn't. Despite accepting reservations on Google and Zomato, they’ve decided those are just decorative features. Upon arriving, we were informed, without a hint of concern, that they don’t actually honor reservations. It’s almost impressive how they’ve redefined the meaning of the word. If you’re planning to visit during rush hour, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Unless, of course, you enjoy standing around while the staff pretends this bait-and-switch is normal.

very first we had ordered broccoli corn almond soup but could not find a single piece of almond and the soup was very very sweet. Pahadi soya chap - the dish was way too much salty along with its salad. Veg Kadhai - half of the vegetables were undercooked. Plain wheat Roti - the Roti was so burnt, they gave us replacement. Dal Kahichdi - My kid found a piece of stone in his first bite. overall it was a very horrible and unbelievable experience for me. I can not recommend it to others.

I have had a previous experience with the restaurant, and based on that, I had high expectations. However, the quality of the food at the new restaurant did not meet my expectations and was not as good as the old restaurant.

they charged you separately GST for every individual order... staff is not supportive.. no bother to listen to your query.. pathetic service...dnt try it out .. food tastes ok ok
