visiting here with family third time service was very slow The food was also not good at all we asked the captain suggests your best seller main course but he suggested out of world we serve our food ourselves waiter never came on our table just kept food even not asked feedback as well only we like their veg manchow soup and Mojito Kala khatta Guys pull your socks now give some basic training to service staff & Improve food quality,

we arrived at the restaurant at 9.10 PM and the receptionist informed us there is waiting of 20 25 minutes. We confirmed thrice with the receptionist whether we will get a table in 25 mins, she said yes. We waited for 40 minutes but still did not receive the table, we kept asking how much time it would take, they told us 5 minutes more. And for waiting for 1 hour, we got angry and told them if there was so much of waiting, you would have informed us before we would have gone to some other place, in between comes a manager and a waiter or don't know, he says yes you can leave. I believe this is a very rude behaviour. First of all the staff kept us waiting for more than an hour by giving wrong information and then the behaviour of the staff. You guys don't know how to host and respect them.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was served cold, and the staff were notably rude, especially the manager. They clearly do not understand the concept of hospitality. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. A heads up: they do not serve garlic bread with pasta, so if you order pasta, you'll need to place a separate order for garlic bread, which feels like a tactic to inflate the bill. When I requested just one slice of bread for my toddler, they flatly denied me, insisting I order the entire dish instead. The lack of smiles and the overall frustration from the staff, particularly the rude and arrogant manager, truly reflects the poor service here.

One of the most unprofessional food outlets I’ve seen. Walked in today and was seated at at table and for 10 minutes no one came to take my order despite multiple requests and despite the restaurant being only at 70% capacity. This only goes to show the owners, the management and staff really don’t care for my business and they couldn’t be bothered
