I had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant today. While having our meal, we found a hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable. We informed the waiter and requested a replacement, which was done. However, after that, we had to wait again for 15–20 minutes, sitting hungry, which added to the inconvenience. What was even more disappointing was the lack of basic courtesy from your staff. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the issue, and no gesture such as a complimentary item or discount. When we raised this concern, the manager’s response was rude and dismissive, saying that “these things happen,” which is not acceptable from a customer service perspective. This entire experience reflects poorly on your hygiene standards and customer handling. I expect better accountability in such situations. I request you to look into this matter seriously and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and ensure such incidents are handled more professionally in the future.

our Family Had visited Prasad Hotel Powai branch today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff service was not good and nothing was served on time. Instead of enjoying our time, we were continuously busy explaining things and following up with the staff again and again. Overall coordination and hospitality were very poor. Expected much better service and management from such a well-known place. Hope the team seriously works on improving customer experience.
