When in doubt, follow the scent of coffee—that’s how I ended up at Pret A Manger, Phoenix Palladium! Dropped by during a quick one-day trip to Mumbai, and their “Organic Coffee” sign reeled me right in. Ordered a medium Americano—smooth, strong, and totally worth it. But the real winner was the crew. Super cheerful, energetic, and welcoming! Since it was their first day, I even got a complimentary chicken sandwich and a chocolate cookie. Sandwich was decent, but that cookie? Pure love in every bite. Good coffee, a cookie that stole my heart, and staff who make you smile—definitely a place I’d come back to. Because sometimes, all it takes is a cookie and a good coffee to turn a short wait into a great memory!

The ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing afternoon with friends or a romantic date. The staff is super kind and attentive, making sure you feel right at home. But the real showstopper is the food - their chocolate pastry is TO. DIE. FOR! Rich, decadent, and utterly divine. *Must-try:* Their Belgian Hot Chocolate - it's like a warm hug in a mug! 🍫❤️

The food was good. Some items like the wrap and rice bowl weren’t flavourful. The smoked chicken baguette was excellent as was the Italian salad. The Yuzu cooler was very nice. But he berry blast juice was too watered down. Overall a nice vibe and good service.

First two visits were a 2/5 stars but we had a- Hazelnut Frappe and a Chocochip Cookie recently and they were both soooo goood! 5/5 stars! You need to know what to order here. Hope the restaurant maintains consistency.

well it's nothing extraordinary tastewise...I took a cappuccino....it taste very normal....there was nothing special about the coffee....same indianised medium roasted coffee.... packaging was good....but taste was not upto the mark.... quantity of coffee was good....but the price is on the higher side as compared to Starbucks or tim Hortons...can be tried once....but not at all value for money...

Regret deeply as am running pillar to post to receive 2 mozzarella tomato croissant undelivered - bill no1168099 bill value 1079.40/- via Zomato —2524 at 4 pm — hassle for me being senior citizen , moreover a regular patron of Pret restaurant. Kindly revert rectifying the faux pas asap.🙏🙏🙏

Worst food.... Too highly price for no reason.... The sandwich i spaid 500inr+ bucks... But it was soo bad.... Try order a sandwich and burger from smoke house next door... And ull be satisfied.

Absolutely pathetic service with food. I had ordered a mac and cheese for my child and had to follow-up thrice in 45 minutes. Staff was clueless and the order was punched in.
