So I had gone to pritam for the first time with my family. We reached there early at 6:30 , they have decent collection of beverages, cocktails & drinks which they serve with peanuts. After that around 7:15 we shifted to the open sitting area which transported us to Punjab, loved it! The service wasn’t that great initially but later on it picked up. Coming to the food - mushroom tikka, malai broccoli, karari roti , rumali roti , lasooni Palak are the few dishes we enjoyed however the dal makhani was sweet which was very disappointing & the Khadai paneer was also very ok. Overall I had a really good time but the food can be much better .

Had been here with family for dinner. The food lives upto the standard of a fine dine restaurant. Ambience, however needs to be more in line with a fine dine. It feels more as if you're in a 'restaurant and bar'. The service is catastrophic. The attitude of the staff is as if they're forced to this work with no compensation. Completely disinterested in guests. Food is something you gotta visit this place. Also, would like to suggest that it's name has "dhaba" in it and how can a dhaba not have atleast 3 type of lassi. Please do include if possible

I just came from pritam da dhaba..ambiance is awesome..but I ordered mutton biryani in the last as main course ..according to me raita will come as a complimentary..but they doesn't give..I ordered riata as extra which still not understandable..and they charged raita (one small bowl) which cost 190 Rs..ru kidding..still not understand

Well the place is definitely over rated for sure and plus i don’t get it the person who takes the order has 0 knowledge regarding menu. Either he is new or it’s their way of handling the customers don’t know.

everything is overpriced, food is bad and food quantity is shit for the price they are charging. ambiance was really good which got my hopes high but their service was so bad, charging 7% for bad service. They are charging 135 rs for a 20 rs coke bottle which is outrageous.

Simple thing like vegetable salad with Tandoor platter has been stopped by management and complimentary onion is served. small help of even charging mobile isn’t agreed. wondering 🤔 why they are behaving insane.

Food was okay but heavily priced. Service is very slow. Seems to be overhyped. Service charge is mandatory 7% which is totally illegal.

Even after charging 7% service charge , Service is worst ever seen in any where else in Mumbai
