I will add one thing that I had been visiting Punjab grill from last 3 years and mostly 4-5 times in a month I have only one advice that they should add more varieties of Sabji other then panner because now o get bored from eating paneer because they only have a lot of option in paneer it makes as a paneer specialist but I will advice to add more modern and Punjab fission Sabjis

Very good food and aware waiters. Preparation is nice. The curries are flavourful. The pan shot at the end is unique and tasty.

The food was really good, but found 2 items as an overcharge. - the water bottle costed Rs. 275. No restaurant can charge this much for a packaged drinking water, if they only want us to have paid water, there are 100 of economical options (bisleri, kinkey etc.). - there was a separate charge for staff contribution Rs. 496 Whats that ? Are you not churning out profit from the food itself and not giving salaries to your employees ? This was a cheap act of taking out salaries of staff directly from customer. Overall, the dinner became super expensive with an additional charge of water and staff contribution

Food was good but service can be improved. Staff was inadequate/work distribution not planned properly. Person at reception was also putting table, person taking order was not only serving but also collecting plates. there was staff moving all around giving a feeling of commotion. Staff is so busy that unable to understand instructions. 1st time the dish came incorrect. 2nd time when told to pack left over food, they came empty handed and said they thought we had to throw. Service should be improved.

food quality is not as expected, half cooked dish was served which had to be returned, but new dish was also not all good, restaurant at sky city is better then Infiniti one, mungdal halva also doesn't taste good. overall dint liked food, staff was very cordial and friendly

Well it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. have been to PG many times earlier but not experienced anything like this. Service was v poor - It seemed like there was just 1 person serving the entire restaurant..(Who was quite good btw - Mondal) But ya we had to even ask to fill our glasses of water 3-4 times & the food came after a never ending wait (Just basic Keera Rice & Dal fry) There were multiple power outages too during the time we were there & the AC was hardly working (Guests were actually perspiring) The icing on the cake was that these guys have found a new term for Service Charge which is Staff Contribution Charge (Almost 😄 The food quality was also very mediocre ....Disappointed about this visit big-time 🙁
