Good food, great ambience to dine at on a mall day. Ruhel is the go to guy at this branch of Punjab grill. All in all, we had a lovely family afternoon meal, met with courtesy, taste and sumptuousness.

The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. However, the service was disappointingly slow. We had to wait much longer than expected for our order and for basic assistance. If they can improve their service speed, the overall dining experience would be much better.

I had visited on Friday evening with my office team the experience was really not good, there was on one attending us, we had to continuously call the waiter and manager for order. There were flies running in the restaurant The food was late, there were no proper dishes served.. For dinner also we had to request for quarter plates, onions that too 2-3 times. The taste was also pathetic. Guys i was a punjab grill fan, but the R city mall branch is big NO..

We had high expectations from Punjab Grill, but the experience was disappointing. The Palak Patta Chaat was just average—the topping tasted more like cream than curd, completely missing the authentic chaat flavour. The Veg Kebab Platter was underwhelming, with only the bhutta starter standing out. The beverages were good and probably the best part of the meal. The biggest letdown was the Paneer Lababdar. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu, and the taste was equally disappointing. Instead of a rich, flavourful gravy, it was oddly sweet and lacked the authentic Punjabi taste. For a premium restaurant, the quality and presentation did not justify the price. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations.

The 3rd time continues a bad experience. every time they say no for malai kofta, it is not available. Even in the paneer lababdaar,only 2 pieces of paneer available, the rest was gravy. Not a responsible dining restaurant now.Recommend to search for other restaurants rather than this restaurant. Suggest restaurants to work on dining experience otherwise they will lose customers.
