An absolute gem of a Restaurant! This was hands down the best place to spend quality time with family and loved ones. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, welcoming, and top-notch throughout our Dinner. The service exceeded all our expectations, and the food quality was truly awesome—every meal was delicious. I had a very disappointing experience at Punjab Grill, Phoenix Palladium Mall, Mumbai. We ordered Chicken Tikka and Chicken Lebnani, but both dishes were undercooked. The chicken was not properly cooked and felt raw from the inside, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety. For a premium restaurant, I expected much better quality and proper hygiene standards. Serving undercooked chicken is a serious issue. I hope the management pays attention to food quality and ensures that chicken is cooked thoroughly before serving customers. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
