I ordered 3 packs of Rasmalai and specified that I wanted each to be packed separately since they were to be gifted. But I got 3 packs squashed together in a plastic bag with a plastic clasp. How do you expect me to gift them?

firstly the staff was extremely rude. secondly I bought 2 dabbi of angoori rabdi. when we opened at home it had got spoilt. when I called to complain & replace they refused & were again very rude thirdly didn't pack all the items which I chose . on calling them they rudely replied 'bhul gaya hoga' I had to repeatedly ask for my items nobody cares to reply. am truly disgusted by their behavior

There was an order placed by my friend from this place...the payment was done online...some guy called from restaurant got the food and took money and promised to cancel order online for my friend to get refund..however all this seeems a scam...it seems the guy was not from restaurant...GUYS PLS BE AWARE

Worst products. Tokri chat was stale. Atleast see before you serve. Cashier was interested in flirting with female customers rather than taking cash. Not upto the standard. Waste of money.

increased pricing and lesser quantity of food makes the experience very disappointed. this is definitely not the quality you get in any Punjab/north Indian eatery. avoidable

Please don’t order on festivals. The order is very much delayed & the staff doesn’t care.
