Situated at the magnificent Taj Wellington Mews, this place is a jewel and a hidden secret for that quite cuppa and bite menu, the quite and serene setting is apt for romantic conversation, not to forget the timeliness and eversmilng staff who are there to help you select the best, try thier cheese chilli toast and pasta, look for a cozy grand sofa inside. If you want to enjoy the rains you may simply opt for 2 seater outside. A must visit

GEM IN MUMBAI CITY We are totally in love with this place! It’s become like our weekly to-go place! Their menu is vast and almost covers up all kinds of food varieties! The ambience is to die for!! I personally love the Mumbai masala toastie sandwich! Special Mention to SAGAR and ROHIT for always giving us a wonderful service and making us want to always keep going back.

I had Chicken Shawarma for Breakfast, it was absolutely mind blowing, It was the best Shawarma I've ever had in my entire life. Service was kinda slow but the taste absolutely makes up for the wait. Can't wait to visit here again. Food: 💯 Ambience: 4/5 Hospitality: 💯

The most appropriate rating would be 3.5 stars, but Zomato doesn't provide that option. A very good cafe, elegant decor, with the feel of a Taj property. Very pleasant and well-trained servers, but service needs to be much quicker. When one has to ask for everything at least twice or thrice, this leaves the diner with some impatience. And especially so when the cafe is near empty! The food is reasonably well-presented, with good enough portions, but some of the dishes we tried were sadly absent of flavour. To make the Pesto Linguine more palatable I had to add Tabasco Sauce, which I know is completely disrespectful to the chef, but it was either that or not eating the dish at all. The Lemon and Herb Scented Salmon did no justice to the very good quality salmon that was served. Mushroom Omlette had inadequate stuffing of mushroom, and the Shepherd's Pie was so under-seasoned that I wondered who would have allowed such a poor dish out of the kitchen.  There were some tasty dishes definitely! These were the juicy and tender Lamb Burger served in a brioche bun, Fish Fingers, Pepperoni Pizza, Baked Cheese Cake with Cranberry Preserve, and Chocolate Truffle Cake.  Mews Cafe is certainly a lovely place to sit and spend a few very comfortable hours, but they certainly need to pull up their socks in the kitchen!

Discovered this cafe online and since then awaited long to visit colaba for Mews Cafe. It’s a very beautiful cafe at Taj Wellington Mews. It’s huge and luxurious. The ambience is really mesmerising and very authentic to be in such an environment. It was around 11 and we thought to grab some late breakfast. We went for the Pancake. Some Club Sandwich and a Cafe Latte. Stack of Pancakes topped with mascarpone and berry compote or maple syrup was the yummiest looking pancake I’ve ever had. The pancake was really well made, very soft and the blend with berry & mascarpone with maple syrup made it really relishing. We loved it so much that we went for the second time for the same, but as it is righteously said first times the charm, the next time it was a little different in taste. The club sandwich was really good in taste, it was as good as a sandwich should be. Loved the sandwich! It was fresh and very well made, and filling. Cafe latte was good but not served as hot as it should be. Overall the service is good and place is excellent!

Lovely place. Very few cafés are this classy. Definitely a cut above the rest. The food was very good. The broccoli quiche was light, subtly flavoured and had the right consistency in terms of the base as well as the filling. The tomato, carrot and beetroot juice was refreshing and healthy, with no added sugar. The pancakes, served with berry compote and mascarpone, were delicious. The cheese pasta wasn't insipid and had a robust flavour of garlic inspite of being fairly loaded with cheese. The staff was splendid. They were courteous and attentive. Inspite of the place being quite big and the seating rather spaced out, they would be by your side in a second. Impressive

The cafe is akin to an oasis in a desert It is green , classy , well designed with outdoor and indoor seating and most importantly is sparsely populated with Friday evening , the cafe being mostly empty Coming to the not so good things - the order takes Long to arrive and the cheque takes even longer The menu is quite comprehensive ranging from thali To grill to pastas I tried the grilled salmon and it was very good

Mews cafe at Taj Wellington is very beautiful . It’s huge and luxurious though the seating arrangement could have been better. The ambience is mesmerising. We don’t have a lot of options to explore in terms of food but loved the sandwich! It was fresh and very well made.. Latte was good too . Overall the service is good and place is nice.
