The staff at the Malad branch (Nasir) and at the lower parel one (could not catch their names) are extremely nice and helpful. I had messed up my order and both the teams went out of their way to help me, at 12:15 am. It was an extremely warm gesture and has made me a loyal customer for life. The team going above and beyond when they don’t need to, is something i will never forget. The food is banger as always, no complaints there either!

Went here on a Saturday afternoon. Valet charged a cool INR 100 which is not ideal for street side parking. The garlic knots were nice - we liked the sauce which came along. We then ordered a pizza. The pizza is wood fired, and the dough, crust and the sauce were quite good. It’s just that the mozzarella cheese didn’t feel the highest quality to me. The toppings on the pizza we ordered didn’t really go along with authentic Italian set of flavors. We in addition ordered an iced tea which felt like the Lipton ones repackaged - they could’ve made it fresh. We were keen to order a pasta, and upon checking with our waiter if the pasta was freshly handmade, we were told it’s not. We then changed our mind. Overall, I’d say it’s a 3.5 or 4/5 - they have a good setup and are trying to create a good experience. Cutting a point away for the slightly lower quality of cheese, iced tea and less than ideal valet / parking experience. I’ll maybe consider coming again if I have time on a lazy day - not worth otherwise given the logistical hassle of coming to the place.

While the taste of pizza was good, the sour dough on which the pizza was made could have been better. When it comes to sour dough pizza, Si Nona & Motodo pizzerias are clearly the standard to beat. However the taste of the pizza by itself was good.

We had a very disappointing experience at Queen Margherita. Upon entering, we were assisted by one staff member and seated at a table. However, shortly after, another employee asked us to vacate the same table, stating that it was reserved—despite there being no indication that it was reserved. This interaction felt quite rude and unprofessional. The staff’s behavior reflected a lack of basic customer service etiquette and consideration for customer experience. We hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving service standards.
