I really love food at R steam hot since 2014, when I first visited it. However I went after a long time recently in Jan 2023. The food tastes as delicious as always. Garlic bread with melted cheese - the most famous and best in taste 10/10 Special 2 in 1 toast , with melted cheese- omg just loved it 10/10 French Masala Roll - tasted average 6/10 Overall good and fast service 💯 Food just delicious 🤤 Disappointed with the fact they don't provide Regular Water , how vague! Everyone provides Regular water.. here, since it's all spicy and cheesy food, not having water during meal is impossible. So u have to mandatorily but Bisleri water. Ideally, u should provide Regular water too. Apart from this, definitely a must visit

One of my friends recommended this place to me and I’m so glad that I gave it a shot because the food here has never disappointed me. Some of my all-time favourites are: - Malvani Garlic Bread (For those of you who love a little spice) - Melted Cheese Garlic Bread - Pink Sauce Pasta - Masala Doodh (This was a surprise me because I don’t usually like dry-fruit rich drinks. But they somehow get it right! It’s super creamy and delish)

I found this pocket friendly place in mulund west If you want to chill out with your friends or have to party with your family , this is the place your looking for I like the ambience of the restaurant The prices are not too much hight but not also too low But according to tast it is amazing The tast of the foo was awesome The quality of the food was fantastic The quantity of the the food was amazing Visiting such a place is worth Over all I will rate this restaurant 9/10😍 Quality of food 10/10🤤 Food service 8/10🥰 Tast of food 10/10🌟 . . . I have visited this place with my friends. It was a great experience there. I tried French masala roll and it tasted fantastic. Serving was fast and staff is nice.

I am going to this place from many years but now I feel they are taking their loyal customers for granted. Their kitchen is in very bad shape there is no hygiene maintained. Price has increased drastically for example malai kulfi was Rs. 50 to 55 one year back in one year they increased their price to 75 straight 50 percent hike. When we asked the justification for the such a sharp hike they were least bothered to reply also as they feel they have monopoly. They were least bother to listen to our concern also. Ordered juice which was very bad they had used stale oranges. Ordered cocktail juice in that also grapes seeds were there. In the name of ambiance it’s zero the interior is same old 30 years back bad shape furniture. Food prices are also very high and don’t feel value for money. Just people are being loyal and like their food so they are taking their customer for granted.

The service is pathetic. The waiters are impolite and they are unable to manage the restaurant. The manager was not listening to us. We waited for 20 minutes to just get some left over food wrapped. In the end we had to leave without our food as they were not letting us know how long it will take. The food quality was not that great either.

I went there to ask for a juice as it is listed in their menu…to my shock the cashier told me to collect it from the other branch as it is only a juice order…SHOCKING…small orders u don’t let the customer go…

Extremely bad service! The staff were rude and unattentive. The food was delivered after a long wait. The food quality was bad. There was a very long queue for delivery pickup and all were disappointed.

Worst service! Were being asked to pay 10 rs to sit on the chair to eqt the ice creams bought from them ! Such pathetic behaviour that too after buyin from them ! Better avoid such place
