I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Ramashray and Zomato today. We placed a breakfast order more than 1.5 hours ago, and while the Zomato delivery partner reached the restaurant on time, he was left waiting because Ramashray failed to provide the parcel, claiming it would take another hour. To make matters worse, when I called Ramashray to inquire, they initially denied receiving any order, which was clearly not true. Only after I insisted they double-check, they suddenly claimed they had "just received it"—a highly unlikely excuse given the timeline. Eventually, the food was handed over to the rider, who informed us it would take another 15 minutes. By then, we had already lost our entire breakfast time. What could’ve been a smooth and timely meal turned into an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience. Frankly, we could have easily ordered from a local restaurant and had our food much earlier. This kind of mismanagement, lack of communication, and accountability from both the restaurant and Zomato is simply not acceptable.

1.there was a small 2table sitting arrangement for seniors some months ago which is now dismantled by the Management of Ram Asharay Parel .How will the seniors be able to climb the staircase. Does this gesture suits the ethics of a place called Ram Ashray.? 2.the qty is shrunk ,the sada dosa. is very small compared to what was served few months ago. 3.No value for money.

Abysmal service. Wait times are nearly 45 minutes. People arriving afterwards get priority seating as they have some connection with the restaurant manager. Waiting staff do not entertain orders even after 15 minutes of arrival

Ordered Dosa and Uthappa through Swiggy. green chatney was not given. then called the hotel to inform this issue but seemed unprofessional staff and without listening to the issue he cut the call. Quality of food was average.

Order Mysore and ragi masala dosa and coffee.. taste of sambhar is not good .. and sabhji within dosa is testless.. only filter coffee is good out of this item
