This has been our family spot from childhood and this is the place where I fell in love with Butter chicken at an early age. Butter chicken is the fixed dish on our family dinning and all the credit for this love goes to this place. I shifted from Bhandup in 2012 and didn't get a chance to visit this place after that but recently we were at Vikhroli and decided to go to Bhandup to visit this place again. A lot has changed in these years. The ambience, staff and probably the chef too😅 It was kind of nostalgic for us. Ambience: 4️⃣/5️⃣ They have improved incredibly! Now it is more elegant and gorgeous. Staff: 5️⃣/5️⃣ Though there were new faces, they were friendly and amazing. They helped us with deciding the dishes and slight changes in it to satisfy our taste buds. Food: 5️⃣/5️⃣ Still the best! You guys never disappoint me. The chicken is soft and juicy. Must Try Dishes - Chicken Crispy: Apart from Butter Chicken, this has been my family's favourite from years. The chicken is crispy at the outer side and juicy at the inside. Chicken pieces are tossed in sauce to give it a yummy taste apart from simple crisp chicken. Butter Chicken: Too good! They didn't tasted the same way as it tasted before but it was delicious. The makhani sauce had the right combination of butteriness and sweetness. We even tried more dishes and all of them were delicious. They truly live up to their name. I hope to visit this place again. 😊

This hotel is located at Station Plaza near Bhandup Station. Ambience is simple and good. Service is good. Food is tasty. Good place for dinner with family. We ordered Tomato Soup, Chicken Manchow Soup, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Lollipop, French Fries, Chicken Lahori and Butter Naan. #ratnafamilyrestaurantandbar is a sureshot winner when it comes to a get together or any evening event like birthday or anniversary that calls for a grand announcement. One has to try their dishes like #paneerchilli #freechakna #palakpaneer amongst the other stuff. The restaurant comes alive in the evening. So does the bar!!!! As they say... Bar bar ... Lagataar !!!

Hey guys, if you are in bhandup and you are hungry for Non-veg food. So you must try over Ratna family restaurant. This is near to bhandup railway station. So no worry about travel from station. Food is awsome and no compromise on service. Great sitting arrangement. Always rush in evening time. But satisfied with Food.

Age old bar in Bhandup. But it has been renovated and seems brand new anyways. The food here is great. Especially the anchovies(mandeli) fry and the masala papad. Avergae rates and nothing too expensive or uneconomical as far as the quantity is concerned.

This place is located near bhandup station and is a good place to visit for enjoying drinks and sea food. Things we ordered were: Chicken crispy : the quantity of crispy was great and the taste was good too. Fish fingers: is a must from our side. Triple fried rice: can try. Not very great Chicken lolipop: can try Tandoori roti: good and soft Butter naan: good and soft This place is a mid range place and the food here is really nice. It does take a bit of time for the order to get ready to try ordering things together to avoid delay. Overall: Ambiance 4/5 Food 4/5 Service 4/5

I visited here only once. I had Chinese food and Manchow soup here .The taste was great. It is close to Bhandup Station (walkable) distance.It was served very fast .The ambience is good for parties and also the staff is polite enough and ready to answer your queries.The standard of the food is Best maintained . I would suggest you to visit once.

10% family restaurant 90% bar... Not good for family dinners or dinner/lunch with female friends, colleagues.. at ground floor, there's lot of smell of beer, cigarettes etc. If u r in boys only group, they won't allow u to sit upstairs (in family restaurant space). Thus u have to sit in smelly place with drunkards. Upstairs place is also isn't good, unworthy of howmuchever u pay... Food- 3/5 Service - 1/5 Ambiance - 1/5 Price- 3/5 Hygiene 2/5 "Don't go with families or female colleagues"❌

Worst food and service provided by them. Was one of the best hotel in Bhandup but now they are overconfident and just keep on increasing the prices and keep on decreasing quantity and quality as well. Please don't waste money to visit this place (Non-vehetarians).
