The food is amazing. But never ever order from Zomato, they charge you extra. Bhindi masala on Zomato is 205₹ but the actual price if you order directly from restaurant delivery is 157₹. Such a vast difference.

We had Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa and Paneer Tikka Pizza. Masala Dosa was really good while Mysore Masala Dosa was tasty and quite fulfilling. Paneer Tikka Pizza was overloaded with toppings and tasted absolutely delicious. Highly Recommend if you are a Pizza Lover.

Quite a noisy place which is quite crowded. Food is not that great either. Dosa and idli are okay. Sambhar needs to be improved for sure.

We ordered masala dosa, idli and plain utthapam. • Masala Dosa (5/5) - I loved the dosa. The crispy dosa with that plain aloo masala inside was lip-smackimg. • Idli (1/5) - it was very dense and grainy. • Utthapam (1/5) - The dish was weird. It was chunky, chewy and dense - no classic "utthapam crunch" at all. I was very disappointed. • Staffs (5/5) - staffs are very respectful and helpful. • Ambiance (2/5) - It doesn't have AC so it's really hard to eat in that hot weather. Although, it has a big dining area, the heat and chaos made the experience quite claustrophobic for me.

This Ratna Veg Restaurant located at the main road of SV Road, Goregaon west. Always crowded as prices are okay. But I didn't find good food here. I had tea with vada which had no taste no salt . Tea was watery sugar syrup. Who serves vada with sambhar and coconut chutney. No salt no spices. It was so tasteless I got feeling of sickness. We ordered usal misal which was again watery vatana sabji ..when we asked where is matki/moth in usal waiter said in whole mumbai no one serve matki in misal usal. Utensils were dirty and stained. Staff is careless, chef is clueless. I had lunch here with my family before that time too food was not great. I assumed they can make atleast good tea but disappointing. I found other good veg restaurant nearby so won't recommend it ever in future.

Third class ... Hotel Ratna .. very bad , as we order a tea & fresh lime , the waiter ritesh told us that u shall leave as earliest as possible. keeping this in mind I complained to the owner who was sitting at the cash counter , but as usual he informed it's our policy . What kind of shit policy do they have. we left on the spot & went to greens , just 1 min walk . Ratna hotel I think ur sun is setting !!! Pls Close down !!! God bless u guyss.

waited for half n hour and this is what Ratna hotel serves- food with hair- really concerned about your food quality and hygiene, stop taking so many online orders if you can't manage, disgusting and disappointed
