Very amazing Restaurant they have recently started with family room so you can have a lovely dinner with your family there. I loved their pot rice,kaleji fry,Butter chicken. These are the must try dishes Apart from these their Chinese cuisine is flavourful. Loved the Restaurant

This is one of the best places to have food and few drinks. The quality of food is top notch. Anything on the menu you order will be tasty. Try the chicken curry and Andhra Chicken Dry. Won't regret it.

Ratna Palace is a nice place in Mahim, City light area. It is well known for the liquor. But along with that it is a fine place to have food as well. Prices are fine. It is fine to have a good time with friends and family, if they are fine with liquor places. In the evenings it gets crowded. They have a good ambiance and good sitting arrangements. The staff is nice and friendly. Avoid after 9 pm if you don't like the smell of alcohol as the air smells alcoholic. Try their thin crust pizza, it is good. Fresh lime is fine.

Food and service was amazing. Ambience was great too. Some seats are close to one another, possibility of conversations being overheard or create disturbance to others.

My office friends tell me to come here. They say Ratna Palace is very good. Service is good because our server was very polite and smiling always. But when place is full they want to do fast service so you finish fast. I order drinks. Its reasonable in this place. Food is ok. Not very great not very bad. Ok. I eat seafood, Chinese and Dal Khichdi. One time place. But server is doing very good work. I forget to take name.

The restaurant offers average rates but they should really improve the taste of food and variety. The restaurant has most of Chinese cuisine that too which is not upto the mark. No privacy for each table.

I had visited this place first time 2 days ago. They provided us a table which was unbalanced. Their waiter shifted us to another table. All of a sudden one of the hotel staff came and again shifted back us to the table which was provided to us at first. I requested them to adjust the table so that it will not move and none of the drink get spilled. Manager checked the table and gave rude reply like a illiterate goone “ टेबल पे सामान रखने का होता हे ईसको हिलाना नही होता हे.. कुछ गिरा तो साफ करेगा ना हम… ईसमे कौनसी बडी बात है” We immediately understood that this Hotel has only renewed their furniture but staff is still illiterate and service is still dirty and unprofessaional like their Old Hotel. We immediately leave the Hotel and went to @Diva Maharashtracha

worst experience from the owner I have ever had. when the customer is sitting on the table and there is India Pakistan match is going on, little bit of noise is always expected. owner came and arrogantly said to lower the voice. he could have said it in nice words also. the owner is super arrogent. pls do not visit this place. also this place is over expensive
