If you're looking for a place with great food and service, a place that isn't too heavy on the wallet but delivers quality every time Ratnagiri is the place to go to! Been probably my favourite place for their Tisriya Masala (Clams/Marwai) and their Egg Burji is famous too. Must go

This very closed to Andheri status and is famous for its taste. Restaurants is following all safety measures. People's were courteous and wearing mask. Food was of good quality and good in taste. One should try it

We ordered the golden prawns to start with and then sea food thali and sol kadi. All of it was really delicious, the thali included gravies with a variety of fish, from king fish, crab, prawn, shellfish. Enjoyed the over all experience. I had 4 glasses of the sol kadi here. Will visit again.

Phenomenal experience. Top notch food, atmosphere, and wait staff. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. I always take my out of town guests here, as the food is always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer!

We were looking for something which wasn't too expensive or fancy. We had such a good time here. The staff was accomodating and warm. Their suggestions on what we should have were spot on. I can't wait to go there again

Located in andheri east.... Nice experience.. Food quality was awesome... Amazing outlet you must visit and have a variety of dishes...

I hope, I can give negative rating. Worst service ever. We wanted to order mutton, and told him we want it soft as my father in law is having chewing issue. He recommended mutton saguti, said it wont have any bone and will prepare very soft and ordered neer dosa and soup for starter chinese for kids and surami thali and more mutton dishese chapati and bhakari. Waiter was busy impressing other table who just came after we ordered our food, as he was expecting good tip and busy in describing stories. We requested him several time we have elder people with us, please serve fast. Other table got all the dishes and we could not get one. Finally the mutton arrived after complaint and it was hard with lots of bone, I hope, I can give negative rating. Worst service ever. The service is so pathetic that a roadside stall would be much better Neither the waiters cleaners are bothered about the customer and I couldn’t find the manager anywhere to give the feedback Just spoiling the name of a wonderful place named Ratnagiri which is the place for hospitality and amazingly law dropping food Really don’t understand how can such a place survive for such a long time with a dark stamp on the hospitality industry

This hotel is not at all good for Chinese. Very bad experience of delivery. One dish was missing in our ordered food. Do not order anything from this hotel,not at all preferable for delivery of the food. Very much dissatisfied with the service of the hotel.

I did not get my food only I connected to the lady and she promised me to send via donzo or vfast and now she is not answering my call what display of hospitality the food I had ordered was very special but screwed badly
