A cozy section of Veranda. Good for long work sessions or sitting in to avoid the Mumbai heat all day. The coffee was nice, the pasta was adequate. Will return for sure.

The coffee was amazing, however the pasties were underwhelming. The lady serving us was extremely sweet and helpful. Will definitely be going back for the coffee

A nice quiet place, quite spacious and well lit. We ordered the (1) hot matcha latte, not really a matcha person, but not the best matcha, can be avoided (2) Iced Tiramisu Coffee- really good coffee, sweet, hitting the taste notes just right but my expectations were more from this, nonetheless, still a great item! (3) Pesto pasta in penne- have honestly had better pesto, the basil taste was not that strong, the cream taste was numbing the basil and garlic notes, still a good filling item, the bread sticks that came with it were very hard to chew, could’ve been softer

Compared to the rush in all Bandra places, Records was quiet and chill for a good time with friends. Coffee wasn't great, food was decent. Quite overpriced.

The coffee and the ambience is decent, but it is let down by bland food and terrible service. I went there expecting to have cosy records playing on the vinyl, but instead they were playing loud music, making it hard to have proper conversation. The staff were rude when I requested them politely to turn down the volume. Apart from that, food took too long to be prepared, and was not really worth the wait.

Loved the ambience however unfortunately the noise was too loud of the coffee machines and the coffees we ordered didn’t have any coffee flavor inspite of adding additional shots. A lovely place however needs a change of coffee blend used. If you are a coffee lover sorry you would be disappointed.

The ambience as well as the food, drinks and service were all amazing but it seems that the management should really think about the service staff attitude as well as the menu knowledge. Initially I did the booking through Zomato under the name of records.coffee by Veranda as I wanted to visit the cafe. But I was given the table in Veranda restaurant by their GRE!!!! Speaking of the menu knowledge I asked the server to get me an Espresso Tiramisu Martini onto which he did not knew what goes into it; finally I had to insist and call the bartender to take the order. Speaking of the attitude all was well until a very aged server who attended our table in the end when we wanted them to pack our dishes onto which he told me not pack the fries saying it would become soggy; neither which I did not ask suggestions. When I came home and saw the parcel I found the garlic bread missing from the pasta; The staff is stealing silly garlic breads from the leftovers and also a stone in the pasta was found (Please refer the images) I don’t think that they take necessary precautions to avoid any such disasters. I want this information to bring it to the notice of the head chef as well. Finally it doesn’t end here as I mentioned earlier that I had booked the table for the cafe so made the payment to that cafe. Then the aged server rudely denied saying that I have made it to a wrong restaurant. When the told the GRE about this she openly denied stating that she had told me to go to the cafe which was untrue. Ultimately the payment was done into one of their properties just that the name was different coz of the hostess mistake. I don’t think that this is how you should treat your guests. I will request the management to take strict action against the service staff and especially the rude aged server and the GRE for their behaviour. They completely spoiled our experience.

They did not have any frappes. We had tiramisu cappuccino and red velvet cappuccino, both of which did not taste like what they are supposed to and honestly tasted the same. They also tasted super watered down and with alot of ice. The service was also terrible and it took a million years to place an order and also to pay.
