a great place with cozy and beautiful ambience, went there on sunday so had live music there too...enjoyed the most highly recommended with great options of food qnd trust me each and every dish we ordered was amazing and made with lots of love...at the end a great experience....just an suggestion( we know we visited family lounge still tgey can keep some option in complementary chakna apart from just cheezlings, coz starting the drink with chakli dipping it with green chutney and shezwan chutney are the delicacy for people like me) management have a thought on this...

The food taste can be improved as it doesn't meet restaurant standards, music is too loud n inspite of requests to lower the volume it is not adhered to.

Wow! I was amazed to see this places turned out so well in ambience and usually we order in chicken lollipop and manchow soup at home - it was always fab! But I m strangely surprised when I came to this place….. the manager here who took our order was arrogant to every level. He suggested theecha chicken to be the best. When we waited for approx 20mins we were excited to see the chicken hot from tandoor. Our dreams shattered to life! He said theecha chicken would be spicy. I offered him to taste one form my end but yet he never did, and came back with saying chef said it’s this way only So less salt that you feel it No spicy at all the way the manager described….. On top of it manager such rude says it’s made such way and always guest left happy. Either the guest have no idea what theecha is or this place !!!! I would highly recommend the worst part is the manager here. The place might not be an issue there is always room for improvement but the staff is the heart of the place…. I know hospitality industry more than they ever think

Not recommended, normal mineral water is double the price. Very expensive as compared to other Dine outs. Service is pathetic. Captain itself doesn’t promote dishes. Minimum turnaround time for a starter is 35-40mins. Serving a glass of beer will take minimum 15-20mins. A normal basic Chinese dish Chicken Spring Roll will take minimum 1 to 1.5hrs, as per captain. Don’t think a chicken egg is given to eat, it could be of other rare animal coz an Egg Burji as a siding with drinks is costing more than Rs.320+ applicable taxes, Exorbitant rates with no justification. Better getting served at a 5 star, probably you will pay the same amount. Pathetic experience. Not recommended for anyone.

Horrible food experience. Had ordered Chicken Tikka Masala which was clearly straight from the refrigerator and not freshly cooked. The chicken was hard, masala gravy was bland and did not have any flavour. It seemed like the chef opened refrigerator, took out 4 days old tikka masala and frozen chicken, put it in microwave and packed it for serving. When we complained to the restaurant they had the audacity to offer discount on the same dish if we order next time. Like seriously who is going to eat that trash again? Also, the Tikka Masala gravy was yellow in colour, and not classic red/ orangeish.

I have book dinning table for 2 people, me and my friend (boy) , it is supposed to book in family dinning bar section. when we both visited there, they mention since we both are boys so we have to go in separate section where only boys are allowed but not in family section.... we both are like fine, it is nothing matter, but the worst part was they charges us as per the family dining bar but not as per the boys section, which was not helpful... so for me it's either zomato issue, that they cannot give us family section or it is with bar... I will never visit there again...
