A nice well maintained restaurant serving good food and drinks. The ambience is good and is suitable for family and formal meals. The staff is polite and helpful. Service is quick.

First of all the location of this restaurant is excellent which makes the visibility of restaurant perfect. Both food and service are good.

Charged Rs 100 for Rs 20 sprite. We had ordered one 500 ml sprite, but they have us 3 x 200 ml bottles and charged us Rs 300 for same. When we pointed it out they said it is hotels policy and showed us the menu card, which says aerated drinks Rs 100, without mentioning the quantity. That felt like being cheated. They could have easily waived it off, but they were adamant about not changing the bill. That spoilt the whole dining experience. Otherwise also, the ambience and food is below average compared to similarly priced restaurents.

I had gone with my family for dinner, initial thoughts was that the service and food was excellent but that night after visiting the restaurant all of us who ate thai curry got food infection.. all 4 members were ill for 2 days because of the food...i liked everything abt the restaurant ..the staff, service even the taste but it is big no for me if food quality is compromised ...my family suffered a lot because that one dish..

I had been to this place today. We were 12 of us. The place was crowded so we could make out that we would have to wait. I went to the manager to ask about estimated time. The manager was least bothered to answer and was very rude. He was talking to me as if I had gone there to beg for food. We just walked out from there.

When you receive water after 15 min. And no one is around to listen to you. (rather ignore) as you have groups to service. When complained to manager, didnt even bother to listen to us. Which forced us to leave without even ordering food. would have rated 0 if possible. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Waited for 10 mins for Someone to come and take the order. Restaurant was not full but service was extremely poor and slow. Old Man - Manager came with an i don’t care attitude - This is what we have on the Menu ..

There was a aluminum string in roti.....plus butter chicken was one for worst i ever had.....there was bone chicken pieces in butter chicken..... please never have food here.....

This restaurant has lost its lustre & flavor.. Since I was a regular one here I can tell the difference instantly.. Very very dissapointed.. Good bye Regency...

ordered food delivery today ,the pits ,methi mutter malai was bad ,gone off smelling .this restaurant was good at one time now avoidable
