Lovely Cafe in Thane. The Ambience is Beautiful. The service is very good. Tried their Farmhouse Pizza, House Fries, Hummus + Falafel, Loaded Nachos and Rigatoni Pesto Pasta. Food was delicious and quantity was apt. The items were all well priced. The icing on the cake was the coffee. Had the Iced Americano and Iced Espresso both were superb. Will definitely visit again.

The ambience is really nice, but the tables are quite small so groups of more than three people might find it a little uncomfortable. Food was great overall. The aglio e olio was my favorite, the matcha was really good, and the coffees are amazing. The pomodoro pizza was decent, but the French toast was definitely the star of the show.

yesterday was my 5th visit to the place, but this time it was really disappointing. the food and beverage quality as well as quantity has really gone down, not sure what the issue is. the wait time is really long but used to be worth it before, but now with the quality deteriorating, not sure if we will be willing to go there again and if they can sustain their repeat customers like this.

The ambience is good. I ordered Sweet potato chilli lime fries, classic frappe, french vanilla frappe and farmhouse pizza. Fries and frappes were great. Pizza was just not upto the mark. Base was soggy and also the veggies were soggy. The ambience and vibes are great. Recommended for coffee dates.

This is an overhyped place just bcos of Instagram. Wait time is too much and the person at the reception cannot manage the crowd. Service is super slow and the food was also okayish

This newly place is just over hyped. I agree that the ambience gives European vibe, yet the coffee served by them is not good and not worth the price which we pay for.

I am a huge fan of Ricky’s and was very happy when they opened Ricci’s Café because I’ve always been loyal to Ricky’s. I tried Ricci’s for the first time, but sadly, the food was not up to the mark. The ambience, staff, and interiors were all really good. If you are here for pictures and a good vibe, then it’s definitely worth visiting. The place looks amazing, but the food disappointed me. I ordered the Margherita Pizza, which is a very basic pizza and something every café should get right. Unfortunately, the sauce was too sour and it spoiled the taste. Second, I ordered the Beirut Falafel. One of the sauces, I think the hummus with garlic, had way too much garlic in it. The falafel itself was dry and not enjoyable. The only good part of that dish was the sweet potato chips—they were amazing. I also tried the Vietnamese coffee, but that was not up to the mark either. Overall, several food items were disappointing. The good part was that I really loved the small water bottle, the interiors, and the little chocolate kisses given with the bill—that was a very sweet touch. For me, Ricky’s is 5-star, but Ricci’s was more of a 1-star experience because of the food.

This cafe cannot manage crowd. The person managing reservations at the entrance is rude and cold. We were told that it would only take 5 minutes for a table, we were then waiting in the scorching sun for 25 odd minutes. We were not even allowed to wait inside. No one came to check or at least give an update, not a single word of apology. I actually was a regular visitor and loved the ambience and the food, but this experience has made sure I don't visit the place again. Fyi, this same scenario has happened twice, decided to shrug it off the first time.

Poor Management & Pathetic service. Average wait time is over 40 minutes and even after that you might be seated somewhere at corner. The place cannot handle crowd. No use of flashy ambience if you can't work on providing better service.

Terribly slow service, as we waited to get served we were given looks by the staff. They very well assumed that we were sitting there only for pictures, one even came to tell us so!
