If you’re looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience in Mumbai, Robata Kuuraku is definitely worth a visit. The warm wooden interiors and cozy ambiance make it perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Here’s everything I tried: 🥗 Tofu Salad – Fresh, light, and packed with flavor. A great way to start the meal. 🍤 Veg Tempura – Perfectly crisp on the outside while staying light and non-greasy. 🧀 Veg Cheese Tsukune – Soft, cheesy, and delicious with a smoky grilled finish. One of my favorites from the meal. 🥑 Spicy Avocado Roll – Creamy avocado with just the right amount of spice, making it a great choice for sushi lovers. 🍜 Veg Spicy Miso Ramen – Rich, comforting broth with a nice spicy kick. A satisfying bowl that’s full of umami flavors. 🥭 Frozen Mango Soda – Refreshing, fruity, and perfect to balance the spicy dishes. 🍵 Matcha Virgin Mojito – A unique twist on a mojito with subtle earthy matcha notes. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy matcha. 🍨 Yukimi Dessert – The perfect sweet ending to the meal—soft, creamy, and indulgent. Overall, the food felt authentic, the service was attentive, and every dish was beautifully presented. If you’re a fan of Japanese cuisine or want to explore beyond sushi, Robata Kuuraku is a great place to add to your list.

Started with Tempura Moriawase and it set the tone really well — light, crispy and not overly greasy. The Tofu Salad added a fresh and balanced contrast before moving into the mains. Mumbai Roll was surprisingly enjoyable with familiar flavours blended into a Japanese-style presentation. Kuuraku Ramen stood out as the highlight of the meal, with a rich and comforting bowl that felt satisfying from start to finish. Ended with Yukimi Daifuku, which was the perfect finish — soft mochi outside with chilled ice cream inside. What made the experience even better was the top-notch service — attentive without being overwhelming — along with the calm and premium ambience that completed the overall vibe. The flavours felt authentic and gave a proper Japanese dining experience, almost like getting a small taste of Japan without leaving Mumbai.

This place is 100/10 it will teleport you to Japan. The moment you enter the staff will Greet you in Japanese style also when you exit the full staff will say Thank you in Japanese the staff will make you feel so special Super Awesome hospitality They serve Authentic Japanese food. Must try Tempura prawns, skewers, sushi Ramen bowl & my favourite salmon rice bowl and virgin matcha

If you’re craving authentic Japanese food, Robata Kuraku is definitely worth a visit. The sushi was super fresh, every dish was full of flavour, and the overall experience was amazing. Great food, great ambience, and a place I’d happily come back to.

Visited Robata Kuraku recently. The food was alright and the drinks were pretty good, but the service was what made the experience stand out. A special shoutout to Eye for being so warm, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. She really made us feel welcome.
