Visited this lovely place at Kandivali West, Food , Ambience, Service was wonderful. They had IPL screening 🤩which was plus for me. Overall i would rate 5/5.

Tried the Pink Panther Sandwich, Pesto Roll, Hazelnut Frappe & Mango Mastani — each one was a hit! Great taste, unique options & totally worth it!

Visited this place on my friends recommendation and I would say it was just okish. Ambience was ok with dull music and the frappe we ordered was without whipped cream which we were informed later on receiving the order. Also the drinks were not cold enough. Food we had Pesto Roll, Pink Panther Sandwich, Hazelnut frappe and Chocolate mud milkshake. Roll was good but as the name goes they had very limited options in rolls. So nothing intriguing about this place at least for me.

The watermelon cooler wasn't cold and tasted like a candy. nachos are not Italian at all, tastes funny and beans are like Indian bhaji. the salsa sauce is also not prepared well. will prefer house of pasta besides this for the food.

Extremely disappointing experience at the newly opened Charni Road branch. The place was understaffed, menu was literally a broken file, and they had all ACs and fans turned off. We had to request multiple times for basic comfort. Food was below average — the Manchurian lacked taste, and the waffle was a disaster. Despite ordering a chocolate waffle, they served a vanilla one, refused to replace it, and still charged extra. Staff had zero product knowledge and poor attitude — every small query required a kitchen visit, and even then, our order was wrong. No manager came despite repeated requests. Overall, pathetic service, bad food, and unprofessional management.

We ordered the papa pizza on the server recommendation. the worst pizza I have ever had in my living existence so far. the cheese was low grade saturated palm oil instead of cheese. it was so bad that we left after taking one slice. Pure waste of time, money and had a stomach upset because of that. we also had the volcano, no value for money, but compared to the pizza it was at least bearable. the only good thing was the ambience, but u go to a restaurant to eat food and not the ambience

Found a strand of hair in their rolls. Extremely unhygienic. Please be mindful of going there.
