We recently visited Rua Beach Café located at Sadhguru Bungalow, Beach Front, Gorai, and it turned out to be a perfect beachside chill spot. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach, giving you peaceful vibes with a beautiful sea view. The ambience is aesthetic and cozy with a perfect mix of beach shack vibes and lively music. It’s an ideal place to relax, chill, and enjoy quality time with your besties. One of the best parts is their sunset view, which makes the whole experience even more special and Instagram-worthy. They also have IPL screenings, making it a fun spot for cricket lovers to enjoy matches with friends. Adding to the vibe, they host live music, which creates a great atmosphere, especially in the evening. Coming to drinks, we tried the American Splash Mocktail and Rua Flute Mocktail, both were refreshing, well-presented, and perfect for the beach mood. For food, we started with Chicken 65, which was crispy, spicy, and full of flavor. The Veg Alfredo Pasta was creamy and comforting, a good option for pasta lovers. The Butter Garlic Prawns were fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly with rich buttery flavors. We also tried the Oriental Pot Rice Chicken, which had a nice balance of taste and quantity. To end the meal, we had the Blueberry Cheesecake, which was delicious and satisfying. The service and management were good, and the staff was polite and attentive. Overall, Rua Beach Café offers a complete experience with great food, refreshing drinks, live music, and a stunning beach view. If you’re visiting Gorai, this place should definitely be on your list for a relaxing and fun outing. 🌅✨

Amazing place with great vibes! The staff is warm and welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious. It’s also a very photogenic spot. Just one suggestion—having an AC dine-in option during the daytime would make the experience even better, especially considering the humid climate.

The food was stale. We ordered everything veg but it seemed like the food was cooked in non veg vessels. The oil used in the food was low quality and could smell. The vibe of the cafe is fine but they really need to maintain standards for quality of the food.

Food was very good. But the service was very slow even though the restaurant was empty.The servers were a bit rude and they refused to let us use district. Even tho they are listed on district. They are saying we don’t accept its our policy…. Plus our friend vomited. It’s fine they took cleaning charge but they took 500😮

our waiter was rude and non cooperative. we asked him to shift our table as we were seated under direct sunlight, without even listening to us he directly said no to the request. PS - there was ample seating available for shifting us. Though the ambience was good, the food was okayish! Tip - Visit after sunset.

Visited RUA, the beach-facing café at Gorai Uttan with a friend after hearing so much hype about it. We even made a Zomato booking beforehand, but once we reached, the staff told us we would have to cancel the Zomato reservation because it wasn’t applicable for their so-called beach-facing tables. That itself felt quite misleading. Then came the ₹3000 cover charge for the last few beach-facing tables. Fine, we agreed to pay because we specifically came for the view. But if you’re charging people extra for those tables, the least you can do is maintain some exclusivity or basic order in that area. Instead, the management allows anyone from other tables to constantly walk into that section just to click pictures. People were literally hovering around, bumping into our table, moving around plates, and behaving as if it’s a public photo spot rather than a dining space. It was incredibly disruptive and honestly very inhospitable for people who paid extra expecting a peaceful experience. If you want the place to be Instagram-friendly, create a separate photo zone. Don’t sell premium seating for the view and then allow random crowds to disturb diners who are trying to eat. On top of that, the food was average at best, and several items from the menu weren’t even available. Overall, extremely disappointing. Charging a premium for the view while failing to manage the space properly is simply poor hospitality.

Over all experience is not good food also not good and not place which they are given by Zomato members if they know you come from Zomato they will trite as faltu customer they will not provide you proper service and that is very embarrassing for us I just go with my friend she don’t like that place at all because of service and food same fell I have that if they doesn’t like the people who came from this platform please cancel it thank you if you fell what we have face that and I have done the bill more the 800 hope they will understand who came from that platform they have not come for the discount please they will treat us normal way which they are come from direct

they were not so polite the staff at start point ask to wait for some time else pay at normal bill when i reach early verry disappointed when there is no crowd whole section was empty but they behave like we have lot of guest coming if want food now pay at normal billing for zomatoo billing need to wait

the ambiance was good and clean. the music was very loud and the food was not at all up to the mark very basic taste. not worth visiting again.
