Had a wonderful experience at Ruchi Fine Dine, CBD Belapur! The food was delicious and full of authentic flavors. We tried mocktails, Green Thai Curry, Prawns Tawa Fry, and Paneer Salt & Pepper Fry – all were cooked to perfection and absolutely satisfying. The ambiance is classy yet comfortable, and the service was prompt and courteous. Definitely one of the best fine dine options in Navi Mumbai – highly recommended!

Yesterday I visited Ruchi Fine Dine and planned to use the online payment + district-app offer. Although the staff were polite, I was disappointed to learn at payment that the offer could not be applied — even though it was expected. The food

We went to the family section of Ruchi Fine Dine Bar, the experience was not pleasant. Nevertheless the food was good no qualm on that . But cannot blame servers or waiters as they were short staffed. But the owners should take into account the shortfall of staff as the captain told us many had gone to their native place this month, the owners or hotel management should have accordingly partially reduced the family dining section. Like me there were many unsatisfied customers. The situation was so bad that the captain himself was making cocktails, few customers were waiting and leaving, some cancelled there orders seeing the unsatisfactory services, a function in the banquet was also adding up to stress on the already exhausted serving staff it was utter chaos. And not to forget the over the top noise level of few customers, privileged service to few big groups added to the annoyance as they shouldn't belonged to sit in the family section of the restaurant. Owners and management should take cognizance of this at the earliest and improve the situation because we came with high expectations and left completely disappointed. Very very bad experience but kudos to the captain for keeping his calm and composure in this situation.
