Well the Ambience was nice....The music band was amazing...vibes , the crowd was good. i found the place is a little beat on the expensive side. staff attention was nice. if you love live n loud music then this is the place.

We made a reservation for 10 people for my sister’s birthday, booking for our family including my elderly parents (aged 75), and even paid ₹2000 in advance to secure the booking. On arrival (today, 2nd May 2026 at 8:30 PM), the only table ‘reserved’ for us was right at the entrance—uncomfortable, high-traffic, and completely unsuitable for a family dinner. Meanwhile, better seating with more sofas was available inside, but despite repeated requests, the staff refused to accommodate us. We were then made to wait for nearly 1 hour, mostly standing, with no proper solution offered. This was especially difficult because my parents have diabetes and other health conditions, yet there was no sensitivity or urgency shown by the staff. Taking advance payment and then offering poor, inconvenient seating with zero flexibility is extremely unprofessional. A reservation should ensure a comfortable dining experience—not force guests to either accept bad seating or wait endlessly. This experience completely ruined an important family celebration. I would strongly advise others, especially families with elderly members and large groups, to think twice before booking here. Very disappointing service and poor management.”

very poor service in delivery of food on table. All employees are doing all jobs, lack of management, need to wait 20mins to clear the table and pick up used plates. cashier is working as delivery person
