Yeh jagah do alag vibes deti hai – niche family aur friends ke saath khana enjoy karo, aur upar shisha ke saath chill maro. Hamne try kiya unka Gormeh Sabzi – jo Iran ki national dish hai, full of herbs and hearty flavors. Phir humne taste kiya classic Middle Eastern Falafel Hummus Platter – jo bilkul must-try hai. Chelo Kebab Koobideh – two seekhs of juicy kebabs served with perfectly cooked fragrant rice, ekdum delicious! Crispy Butter Garlic Chicken – jo har bite mein crispy aur buttery goodness lata hai. Aur end kiya unki soothing aur authentic Irani Chai ke saath – jo har meal ke baad ekdum perfect hai.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Sabalan. The food was absolutely delicious - the Joojeh Sunnati was perfectly marinated, juicy, and full of authentic Iranian flavor, and the falafel platter was fresh and crispy. We also tried the baklava with sitaphal ice cream, which was an amazing sweet ending — rich, flaky, and perfectly paired with the creamy ice cream . The Persian tea was a soothing finish to the meal . The ambiance is warm and elegant , and the staff is courteous and attentive. A must - visit for anyone looking to enjoy genuine Iranian cuisine .

We visited Sabalan, located in Fort Churchgate, and loved the Persian-themed ambiance—perfect. We started with Irani tea and a uniquely presented shake, both amazing. The chef recommended the falafel platter, which was tasty and different. The Chelo Kebab Koobideh was also good, but my favorite was definitely the Chelo Kebab Joojeh—it was fantastic! For dessert, we had baklava with ice cream, which was absolutely mouthwatering. If you're in Fort, Sabalan is a great place to visit!

Food explorers paradise..amidst the bustling marketplace of fort area.. this quiet oasis of persia lies... Tried only non veg dishes Sadaf koebei is unique starter Adana was full of green chilly and spices .. flavouful but not spicy! Saffron rice is so well done and is default with most dishes Hummus was creamy and tasty! Baklava is must try and so is their turkish tea!! The tea cup is beautiful and will make ur day!!

At Sabalan I ordered the Thal Sunnati — and it was quite the feast. The assorted kebabs, saffron-rice bed, grilled veggies and sides combined into one spectacular platter. Each kebab was distinct and well-grilled, the rice fragrant and generous, and the dips added a nice layer of flavour. The portion size easily serves a group, making it ideal for sharing. Good ambience, friendly staff and a truly memorable experience for non-veg lovers.

Misguided us in the portion to order 1 metre seekh platter.As when we ask them to make it half in 5 mins and they say it's made, really in 5 mins the platter is cooked? And then they discussed among themselves and kept us waiting for long.After that they get 1 meter long and refused to give us half meter.Then the manager asked okay we are giving u half meter and we waited for them to get it back but they come to us and say that we can't give u.Really very sad no manners , misguidance by the waiter and manager has no etiquette. Extremely bad experience just asking the customer to leave the restaurant to go without having food after waiting for 40 mins.

The worst ever experience of a restaurant. The order came extremely late, service was pathetic one item of meat we ordered was completely uncooked. The quantity not worth the price. A strong non recommended place a waste of money
