We visited the Pachpakhadi outlet on Sunday evening. We ordered cajun chicken begal, cappuccino, mocha and cream cheese begal. The taste wasn't particularly bad however, the grilled chicken cajun bagel didn't look like the photo shown on zomato. The order took 1 hour to arrive as the manager FORGOT to process it. The overall service is slow too. We were sitting under the AC and either the AC or the ceiling was leaking. Tissue holders weren't placed on every table. There wasn't proper air conditioning in the cafe.

I visit this place with my family.. The seats linen were dirty and music was too loud. But the service was very poor. Inspite of 3-4 waiter and we were the only customer, we had to shout to get there attention. While they spoke softly, but there body language suggested disdain for the customer. Food was average. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very Disappointing Experience | Unprofessional Behaviour & Poor Hygiene I have been a loyal customer of Samvene outlets across various locations for over two years and always appreciated the service and ambience. I have also been regularly visiting this particular outlet for more than a year, usually 2–3 times a month for work purposes. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Last week, a staff member (possibly the manager) informed us that Zomato dining payment wouldn’t be accepted if someone sits for long hours. I understood and respected that. But today, before even placing an order, he repeated the same thing again in an unpleasant tone, and less than an hour later another staff member came asking us to order again. We have always ordered multiple items whenever we sit for long hours, so being reminded again and pinpointed felt unnecessary and disrespectful. It clearly shows how unprofessional the manager and staff can be. Additionally, hygiene standards are very poor. The washroom is often extremely dirty with an unbearable smell, indicating that garbage is not cleaned regularly. I have also seen garbage bags being taken out from the kitchen area multiple times, and they had a very bad and strong smell—which raises serious concerns about kitchen cleanliness and food safety. For a place serving food and beverages, this is completely unacceptable. I have also noticed staff requesting new customers to post positive Google reviews immediately at the counter, which makes many ratings feel influenced and not genuine. If sales pressure and rude behaviour replace customer respect and hygiene, no ambience or branding can help in the long run. This was my last visit to this outlet, and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

I've been visiting Samvene for a while now but this time I've had the worst experience. We had ordered 2 bagels - 1 was Chicken and the other was Mushroom Delight. The Chicken bagel took almost 15 mins to serve which was already a long wait but it came. When I asked about the Mushroom Delight and that time they said it will be served. After 10 minutes the same guy comes and informs that Mushroom is over so they won't be able to serve. When I asked why it took them so long to convey this they didn't have any concrete reason. And the attitude of the staff was very casual even after being at fault. Please don't visit this place.
