Sanjhi in Anand Nagar, Dahisar East has been our go-to Chinese restaurant for years, thanks to its consistently delicious food—my wife absolutely loves it! However, my recent visit left me disappointed. When I requested a takeaway container for leftovers, I was charged ₹10 for a "container," only to receive a tin foil. Upon asking for an actual container, the steward (who behaved rudely, almost as if he owned the place) snapped, *"We only have this. Take it or leave it."* Worse, he generated a makeshift bill on a calculator instead of providing a proper printed receipt. While the owner/manager politely apologized for the incident, such unprofessional behavior from staff is unacceptable in the service industry. The chef’s culinary skills are outstanding, but one undisciplined employee can tarnish the restaurant’s reputation. I urge the management to address this issue seriously—I’d hate to lose access to such amazing food because of one individual’s misconduct. अनंद नगर, दहिसर पूर्व में स्थित संझी चाइनीज़ रेस्टोरेंट हमारा पसंदीदा स्थान रहा है—मेरी पत्नी को यहाँ का खाना बेहद पसंद है! लेकिन आज के अनुभव ने निराश किया। बचे हुए खाने को पैक करवाते समय मुझसे ₹10 "कंटेनर" के नाम पर लिए गए, लेकिन टिन फॉयल में दिया गया। जब मैंने असली कंटेनर माँगा, तो स्टीवर्ड (जो बेहद रूखे व्यवहार में, मालिक जैसा अकड़ता हुआ) बोला, *"हमारे पास यही है। लेना हो तो लो, नहीं तो छोड़ो।"* साथ ही, उसने बिल कैलकुलेटर पर बनाया, प्रिंटेड रसीद नहीं दी। मालिक/मैनेजर ने माफ़ी माँगी, लेकिन सेवा क्षेत्र में ऐसा व्यवहार बर्दाश्त नहीं। शेफ़ का खाना लाजवाब है, पर एक कर्मचारी की बदतमीज़ी पूरे रेस्टोरेंट की छवि खराब कर सकती है। प्रबंधन से अनुरोध है कि इस पर गंभीरता से कार्रवाई करें—एक व्यक्ति की गलती से हम इस स्वादिष्ट खाने से वंचित न रह जाएँ। अनंद नगर, दहिसर पूर्व मधील संझी चायनीज रेस्टॉरंट आमच्या आवडत्या ठिकाणांपैकी एक आहे—माझ्या पत्नीला येथील चवदार खाणं खूप आवडतं! पण आजचा अनुभव निराश करणारा होता. उरलेलं खाणं पॅक करण्यासाठी ₹10 "कंटेनर" शुल्क आकारलं, पण टिन फॉईलमध्ये दिलं. कंटेनरची विनंती केल्यावर, स्टीवर्डने (जो मालकासारखा रूक्ष वागला) म्हटलं, *"आमच्याकडं फक्त हेच आहे. घ्यायचं असेल तर घ्या, नाहीतर सोडा."* याशिवाय, त्याने बिल कॅल्क्युलेटरवर तयार केलं, योग्य रसीद दिली नाही. मालक/व्यवस्थापकाने क्षमस्व मागितलं, पण सेवा क्षेत्रात असा व्यवहार मान्य नाही. शेफचं खाणं अप्रतिम आहे, पण एका कर्मचाऱ्याच्या अनियंत्रित वागण्यामुळे संपूर्ण रेस्टॉरंटची प्रतिमा धोक्यात येऊ शकते. व्यवस्थापनानं या समस्येकडे गांभीर्याने लक्ष द्यावं—एखाद्या व्यक्तीमुळे आम्हाला या स्वादिष्ट खाण्यापासून दूर जाऊ नये.

I recently visited Sanjhi for lunch and we were told that the upper section is closed and we have to sit on the ground section only where the owner was also sitting discussing some issues with staff and he was yelling and talking so loudly that seriously my head started to pain I waited for good 15-20mins but he was not stopping only he doesn't have courtesy that a customer is sitting there on table. Seriously a very pathetic place to go.

Food is tasty but if you’re planning to visit the restaurant you have to wait for more than two hours, so food is not worthy to wait. They priorities the parcel order and doesn’t care about who is on the table. Restaurant owner should take care of this, heavy competition can divert the customer to another worthy place. Poor management.

Soup coming after half an hr and several reminders and no follow up from Manager as well as the order guy. Please start taking customers seriously. This is for AC dining upstairs. some new mgt at the first floor. Worst!

it took 40 mins to serve one dish n for the second dish another 10 mins. it is not worth waiting for 50 minutes. they have increased the sitting space but didn't increase food preparing capacity

The quality has degraded alot. Too much of oil in everything and service is poor. Also the Ac dont work and inspite of telling the staff they were least bothered. Way too pathetic

There was a time when this restaurant was awesome taste and service wise but a lots of things have changed.. No proper old taste no proper service even after no rush

Too salty and adds too much of food colour.. Not worth ordering home delivery
