This hotel is very close from my house.I often come here with my friends.chicken tandoori and chicken gravy is our regular food to eat here.chicken gravy is ok to eat with naan roti or butter roti.tandoori is ok.the price of this hotel is very nominal and the foods are also tasty and have varieties like sea food,chicken,mutton and chinese foods are popular here.

Had been to this restaurant in vakola for lunch with friends on recommendation of one of our friend. Ordered chicken lollipops, naan, chicken liver masala and one more chicken dish with gravy.The quantity and taste of food was good.The service too was ok.

Santosh lunch home is a family restaurant offering a long menu to choose from. Their veg as well as chicken and fish dishes are tasty. The quantity of the food is appropriate. One of the restaurants offering the tastiest fish dishes.

Serious Complaint Regarding Staff Misconduct and Poor Online Service at Santosh Hotel Dear Management of Santosh Hotel, I am writing this message out of deep concern and disappointment regarding the behavior of your staff, especially those handling online orders. As a regular customer who has always appreciated the quality and reputation of your hotel, it is disheartening to witness the level of negligence and dishonesty from your current team. Firstly, the staff responsible for online orders frequently ignore calls, and after making customers wait for a long time, they switch off their phones. This kind of unprofessional behavior is not only unacceptable but is severely damaging the reputation of your hotel. Secondly, during one of my visits, I personally observed a serious act of dishonesty by one of your order handlers. After taking my order and receiving full payment in cash, he created a second bill for half the amount and pocketed the difference. Only the reduced amount was submitted at the counter. This is outright theft and should not be tolerated. Your hotel has been built with great effort and hard work, and I believe the owner has a good reputation. However, your current staff—especially those at the counter handling orders—are ruining the name of Santosh Hotel while enjoying their salaries without any sense of responsibility or integrity. I urge you to take immediate action to address this situation. If this continues, I will be left with no choice but to take this complaint to social media platforms and food delivery apps where many customers rely on honest feedback before choosing where to eat. Please do not let a few dishonest employees destroy the trust and name you've built over the years.

Warning.. Dont visit this place...Worst food with worst service I had ordered the below items and this is what they served me: 1.Chicken Puddina Tikka: Not properly cooked and very hard to eat.(Rs 230/-) 2. Bombil Thali: This consist of rice, plain curry with no fish, 1 bhaji and salad..that's it. The bhaji which served was stale and had worst taste. Curry had sour taste.Bombil fry was ok.(Rs 250/-) 3.Veg Thali: 3 bhajis (all hopeless) Rice and Dal..that's it.(Rs 160/-) On ordering coldrink the waiters did not bother to serve us just kept the bottle on table this shows the hospitality of this hotel. On giving the feedback to the manager instead of apogolizing or explaining this fellow started shouting on us and was not sorry for anything. I would recommend don't go on people's review and visit the restaurant like i did.

worst service ever I haded in my life with any other restaurants it took 2HR for sending only singel rice which the dilvery point was 200m far from the restaurant and after calling multiple times the staf denie the call and after receiving they were rude don't order from next time pathetic staff and worst restaurant

They are doing fraud with vegitarians they are using same dish for veg and non veg. I asked them how it's veg if your using same dishes for veg and non veg then he start there drama don't go there for veg

Horrible place. Highly overpriced and pathetic food Avoid it at all times Rubbish food quality and quantity Please visit some other joint Not really recommend it to another one

We ordered veg Manchurian 2portion quantity and quality is very bad price also very high in two portion only 8 Manchurian pieces.
