This old Irani cafe has maintained it's quality and the old school look of the cafe. The custards are a must try and obviously the irani chai and bun maska. The keema pav and bhurji pav were also very delicious.

110 years old Parsi establishment that must have seen its glory days. Could have been much better maintained. Food is average to bad and service is slow, priced above its quality. One can even doubt the legendary status it's achieved.

Though this place is very old, our experience was not quite good. Some of the dishes ordered like Bun Maska, Chicken Roll, Mutton Cutlet were fine but Dhanshak tasted very average. I don't think it was fresh. Even the staff is rude. The waiter wants us to order quickly even though the restaurant is half empty.

Tried their Veg Puff, Tea, Cream Roll and Bun Maska.. None of the items matches the authentic Irani expectations and the Items are bit pricey too.. Totally disappointed

Old and absolutely filthy restaurant. The restaurant is just relying on their 100+ year old history however such a restaurant would be closed decades ago by authorities in Western countries. The owners have employed uneducated, uncouth and bad mannered staff who are more suited for manual hard labour or construction work rather than waiting tables. They are absolutely clueless on hygiene. The waiter was busy on a call on his mobile, was combing his hair with his hands and handled the food (bun maska) with his bare hands. He used a dirty rag to clean a table top and the same rag was used to clean plates. He just denied it when confronted. The Parsi lady at the reception (I think she is one of the owners) is a grumpy and angry old woman and should close down this miserable restaurant - a disgrace to Parsis and their cuisine - and retire.

Shameful staff and Sad Sizzler’s & Snacks.. the food taste is no longer it used to be at once.. worse part - owner has forgot how to treat customers. The staff roams around in a vest while realising customers are around with families and owner has no issues with it. We ordered a sizzler which had raw chicken and upon highlighting it was very normal for them. Filthy restaurant that needs basic cleaning and need maintenance. Not a welcoming restaurant.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! The staff was very rude. We ordered Jeera Rice and Dhansak Dal. The rice was stale and Dhansak Dal tasted bad. When asked the owner about it, she said we cooked Rice and Dhansak in the morning. My friend had ordered Chilli garlic potato and Veg Triple Fried rice. Even that was not good. They are not even little bit apologetic for the stale food they served. I will never recommend this place to anyone....

Just surviving on their name. Kheema pav was questionable. Mutton cutlet was a joke, not a gram of mutton in there. Just an oily potato cutlet. Finally the famous irani chai, is a doodh kam paani zada tea. Waste of time and money. Avoid!!
