Pathetic service by a staff known as sabina/safina. I went to order something and she said I don’t have change, pay online. I didn’t have an online method to pay and I asked her what do you want to me to do and rudely she is telling me I don’t have change, I can’t help you and started talking rudely. Then the manager comes and instead of giving a solution he starts talking rudely too. And when I said I’d put a review about you they simply didn’t care about the customer standing in front of them and were passing looks and talking about me. Such a disappointment from such a huge brand, stop hiring uneducated people who don’t know how to behave with customers. You are the ones who should have a solution because you’re running a franchise.

Disappointing experience at Sbarro. The food tasted stale and quantity was not as expected either. Not value for money. Sbarro definitely needs to focus on customer service.

The cheese pizza was super dry and burned. The service was okay however the crust of the pizza was dry and too doughy. The pizza sauce was sweet and under salted.

We ordered makhani paneer 12 inch They gave us the non veg option- chicken My sister tasted it and realised. They did not provide any proper solution!!!
