Today i visited Seaside Patio with a friend to celebrate a birthday, and while the ambiance was lovely and the staff were friendly, our experience was marred by an unfortunate incident. We started off with some appetizers and beer, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. However, our mood took a nosedive when we discovered a dead fly in the Tandoori naan we had ordered for our main course. While the ambiance and service were commendable, finding a dead fly in our food was extremely disappointing and completely ruined the celebratory mood. Despite the positive aspects of our visit, this incident overshadowed the entire experience for us. I hope the management takes measures to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future, as it can greatly impact the overall dining experience for customers.

Seaside patio is situated in Citizen hotel, Juhu. Ambience is very average with decent wooden chairs. Nothing apart from that is even decent in terms of ambience as aluminium windows are of ancient age. Hygiene is a big issue, saw tissues all over the floor. Service is good, staff is polite. Crowd is not that great either. Best part and only good part of restaurant is the view it offers. Majestic view of arabian sea. People enjoying at seaside. Food is very average as well. Pizza was decent, hot chocolate was not worth at all. Virgin mojito and another mocktail were decent. Pricing is high compared to the food. Overall, I don’t recommend this place. There are many other restaurants within the vicinity offering same view with better ambience and food.

Really beautiful place, what I ate was amazing and some staff member were good. I felt a big discomfort because of the manager I don’t know if he got mad because I’m an international even the staff members started acting akward I could feel I was tge topic. So because of this the experience was horrible. Not considering coming back to a place I’m mostly don’t feel welcomed

The behaviour of the staff is cheaper than their menu, they don’t understand commitment and customer relation. I went to this place and asked for a beach view sitting on which they first said they don’t have it then we figured out on sitting by ourselves and they agreed to let us sit there. Later their staff came with the argument that one of their customer has complain about us blocking his view on which we refused to leave that sit. After a while their manager came with the argument that it’s a couple sit and we only allow only two people whereas three, I insisted that why these information are coming in layers on which he reacted helpless and kept his request rant continue. We had to finish our food hastily and leave from the place. The whole incident actually added to the pity of the place.

Nothing beats the beachfront seating, but the food quality and service are disappointing. They strictly prohibit sharing the buffet breakfast—even a single bite—even if you've ordered seven other items. The staff then hovers around, whispering and watching your table. Don't ever order a cappuccino or a grilled sandwich

The staff are extremely rude and arrogant. Food is really average.only plus point is the view however that can be enjoyed directly on the beach so you don't have to interact with the staff here.

Not worth visiting. Except sunset view, everything was just ok. Food quality is below average. Paneer chilly, felt like they hv just put some.paneer and chillies. Not at all recommended.
