the food was good the staff is also very polite but this time Zomato district have disappointed me they have mention they will charge convince fee but a fee of 259 which is not a small amount I was able to pay but for other people who have tight buget because they don't inform customer before that a amir of 259 would be charge atleast they should give an idea of how much customer would actually pay as convince fee

Went with high hopes to find dirty tables. reached restaurant sesame Hyatt centric around 04:45 pm and left at 6pm all this while I ate one kathal biryani and one mocktail, one can imagine how much time it took. Generally even in small good restaurants complimentary bread or papad with chutney are served to make sure you eat something while waiting for order, here nothing that sort, poor service. Don't think I will go again.

The food was quite underwhelming. A few of the things from the menu weren’t available. I think standalone Asian restaurants could easily give Sesame a run for their money

The food was great, and Renuka helped in picking what's best on the menu. the Belgian dessert was a highlight.

The service was pathetic. Took us 45 minutes to get the first thing on our table. Just one lady running around to attend to all tables while the rest of the staff just watched. Extremely disappointed with the service. Food was 3.5/5. Overall, something I wouldn’t want to experience ever again.

Had horrible service with Rubina. The entrance is another issue. been here twice and they don’t do anything about it. They are so inconsiderate. Coming to a hotel chain knowing it’s reputed, getting such horrible service with staff is annoying.
