celebrated my kid's birthday in seven kitchens on 31st May. this was the third time we have been to seven kitchens and never had it disappointed us. Chef Saumya specially visited our table to make us feel comfortable. the spread was sooo awesome, every cuisine every dish was impeccable!! we had a great time thankyou for making our day special.

Amazing servicea and food, if you are planing is visit, ask for Het, amazing guy, great recommendation and really took care of us. Made our anniversary celebration really special.

Unfortunately, on this Mother’s Day at St. Regis, it felt like an attempt to prioritise quantity over quality. The buffet at Seven Kitchens has genuinely been one of the best in Mumbai for years. However this Sunday, the place was heavily overbooked, understaffed, and poorly managed. Despite having a reservation and arriving on time, we were seated 20 minutes late because our table had been mistakenly given away. Cutlery arrived another 15 minutes later, and water never came despite asking multiple times. The food spread, as always, was excellent — but nearly 30% of the items were already over by 2 PM. That’s simply not acceptable for a dining experience at this level. I would expect such chaos elsewhere, but never at The St. Regis Mumbai. It was disappointing, especially on an occasion meant to feel special. In hindsight, I wish we had taken our mother somewhere calmer, more sophisticated, and better equipped to handle a celebration of this scale.

Hi We went to seven kitchen- The St.Regis to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary It was worst experience ever …. It was overcrowded …… No place to sit We had reserved our table …. There is no one to serve on our table … We were sitting in front of chat counter and we have ordered Panipuri he said it will take 45 mins to serve Panipuri on your table Shocking !!!!!!!!! Food has no taste….. Panipuri had no taste…..couldn’t eat more then one ….it was that bad spoon fork and knife was missing on the table…..no waiters were there to pickup plates ….it was one of the worst brunch I ever had in my life ….. Fish was stinking badly…. Food has no taste …. And very shocking !!!! they kept me waiting for the cup to serve pani puri’s pani They didn’t have vessel (cup) to serve pani puris pani …. It was my worst experience Waste of money … Waste of time … Waste of energy…. Me and my family were very disappointed We will never ever visit St.Regis again 👎

Extremely disappointed in the Mothers Day Sunday Brunch yesterday. Buffet was running empty/ low on many counters. Servers had to be called 4/5 times just for a glass of water. A birthday celebration really turned sour when counters ran dry even before shutting time. Not expected at St Regis. Looked like a case of trying to fit in more max to maximise on walk in but zero attention given to the experience of guests dinning.

The Indian food there were very less Indian starters and even the starters were not served at the table .. We were a group of 10 people and the options for starters were very less .. the price charged per person of 4K is way too much
