Nice buffet but nothing extraordinary. Amazing spread of desserts. And the service was impeccable and special shoutout to Mr Nenchu for his hospitality and for arranging a sweet cake for my birthday !

The food was okay. Not great. Maybe our expectations from a fine dining restaurant was high. What was annoying was that we were charged Rs. 400 for a bottle of drinking water - that too from an Indian brand! The service was good. The music was too lound so we took a table at the back of the room.

please dont order the gulab Jamuna. they are nothing like what is mentioned on the menu. seems to be picked from buffet spread. a total disaster to a otherwise good meal me had there

The worst dining experience in a long time. 1. when we entered the restaurant, they did not have any trace of our booking despite us doing a prepaid booking and despite them calling me to confirm the booking. 2. they got us seated in a section and when i asked for a better table, they said "no, half the restaurant, the section is closed." once we got seated, within 2 minutes they opened up that whole section. 3. we waited for almost 10 minutes for any waiter to show up with a menu card. we had to wave to people passing by to indicate that we needed to be attended to. And the best part is there were at least 7-8 servers grouped in a corner but nobody paying any attention. 4. after placing the order it took forever for the order to come and they kept apologizing for the delay in getting our appetizers. 5. once we ordered the main course and the main course came, it was absolutely bad so we had to call the chef. they had to redo the food and it was simple food, nothing fancy. again a lot of time got wasted. the chef apologized, redid the food again, and got it back for us. 6. finally bill time: when i wanted to apply the 25% off, they said "no it is not valid on beverages." i went through the terms and conditions of the restaurant and of the district and i couldn't find anywhere any trace of the fact that beverages were not included. 7. after all of this they have the audacity to tell me "sir we don't include service charge." we go down for the valet and we end up paying ₹500 for the valet. the valet says that if the restaurant had validated your parking, then you don't have to pay for it. these are some of the little things that people miss out on who comes to a 5-star hotel without a car. these are the things which waiters should promptly tell us. overall a very very very bad dining experience. Never going back again.
