Shagun visited this place many a time with friends and family for parties and dinner. The place is quite good with nice ambience and comfortable seating. The staff is also friendly and service offered is also very nice. These restaurant serves pure veg dishes from thier menu with superb taste and good quality and quantity. The paneer tikka masala along with roti and cheese biryani is one of mine favourite over there. The over all rating for this place is 4.5/5

Shagun hotel is located at mumbai central which is 2 mins walking from station.Ambience is good.Quantity & Quality of food is good.Service is excellent.Budget friendly place.

Good Limted Punjabi thali served here. Other South Indian snacks also good.Decent ambiance & service.

We visited them for dinner prior to fetch the train from Mumbai central. We had pau bhaji, tava pulav and filter coffee. Pau bhaji was ok, pulav was a bit spicy. Filter coffee was disaster, it never tested like coffee.

** beware dont go to this restaurant ever**** Terrible service. First the rotis were burnt when we requested for some cripsy rotis and second time the rotis were all raw and that too were provided intentionally because we complained about the burnt ones first . They were not cooked properly at all. Please check our pics. Modhd noor ali the person who we complained was really a rude individual, his behaviour was like whatever you say I will do what I want to do .Infact All waiters were smiling at us when we complained about the issue. This is second time I visisted this restaurant after 3 years. First experience was of course terrible because of which this gap was there. Today I went again with some hope that things would have improved but it turns out to be more disastrous one. I never experienced such rude behaviour. Please dont visit this restaurant , there are numerous good options like kalpana restaurant just before this.

I would like to share a Bad Experience of this Hotel just now! After eaten Capatis in the Ordered Lunch Thali, I asked Waiter to bring Rice & just turned to was basin for wiping some stains on My Shirt. As I returned to My Table the Thali was taken away & Table Cleaned. The Waiter who brought Rice, was also surprised to know. When I enquired, the Service Guy just said Sorry & went away. The Steward(who took my order) didn't bother to resolve, instead argued to prove Me Wrong! They All just know to Humiliate Customer & don't bother if Cuatomer doesn't Return! Very Bad People!

It was horrible service.. Have ordered jain food but they served us non jain food.. even kulcha was not hot proper baked when it was served.

worst quality food.... never order veg patiala and Dal fry. It had too much salt
