My recent visit to Sahi Darbar left me with a bitter taste, quite literally particular visit was marred by a disappointing mistake made by the staff and their absurd behavior when I approached them to rectify it. Our order consist of malai kulfi and rabdi malai kulfi. However, when the ice creams were served, it was evident that a mix-up had occurred. We received completely different flavors than the ones we had ordered. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, what truly soured the experience was the staff's reaction when we politely pointed out the error. Instead of apologizing and quickly rectifying the mistake, they behaved absurdly. The staff member who served us seemed visibly annoyed by our request to exchange the ice creams. Reluctantly, they took back the incorrect ice creams, only to return after what felt like an eternity with the correct ones. To our shock, when we received the correct ice creams, they handed us a bill that included both the wrong and the right ice creams. When we questioned this, the staff member insisted that we would have to pay for both. This was completely unacceptable, as the mistake was entirely on their end, and we returned the ice-cream. The staff's attitude throughout this ordeal was unprofessional and far from what one would expect in a customer-centric establishment. Instead of making us feel valued as customers, they made us feel like an inconvenience. Thank you for the service.
