we had ordered chicken hot bean which was just awesome I also tried chicken chilli but the taste was quite different from the original taste which is served in the dongri outlet the butter garlic naan was tasting Waoo desserts we ended up with a special shalimar falooda which was not at all special the consistency was very watery and there was not a sufficient amount of sabja and holle in falooda. the sweetness was also not appropriate chicken chili and falooda made us unsatisfied

Service is shitty! I am not even exaggerating. Took 30 mins for the starters to arrive. And Main course 40 mins. When I asked them to parcel it.. it took 25 mins. While all this happened all the other tables were served. Double served. The hotel literally went empty and we still weren’t given our order. I came out respectfully asked them to keep their parcel with themselves. Started arguing.. the captain that took our order came while we were leaving the restaurant.. and between this commotion he wasn’t seen anywhere… I mean such a name and then this service…more of the behaviour.. of how conveniently they were ignoring our table. Me along with my 85 year old grandmother, my nephew, my mother on Mother’s Day. And my brother. People really need to work on speaking skills!

Service is pathetic, specially waiter Adil, he is very rude and not helpful at all. 1st of all booking on zomato was accepting from 1 pm but when reached at restaurant, they said it will take them 40 mins to give the meal. and after that they were not accepting payment through zomato

sitting arrangement was not comfortable we got a centipede in the sitting area. service was not good as biryani did not have raita and food was not tasty

no mutton starters available except shami kabab and that is also only 1plate available... mutton quantity is also very less in bhuna gosht.. improve that
