Amazing restaurant with delicious food. Shashi has always been good at taste as well as at delivery. It serves good food in a very short time! Must try and totally recommend it.

I have tried the dish from a few restaurants but Shashi remains my go-to restaurant for the best(almost) kori roti!

This place is located in Prabhadevi. One of our friend usually keeps going to this restaurant so one day she decided to make a plan to have a lunch to this restaurant and we went there, it's on the roadside. So she mostly goes there so we told her to ordered and she ordered Chicken lollypop that was awesome not much oily and was crispy and had 8pieces. Then we ordered butter chicken and naan both were good in taste and last we ordered chicken biryani which was served with raita and was OK in taste. The service is bit slow and no parking available over there because it's a one way near roadside.

If you're in dadar, you've enough options for sea food, don't get confused and directly go to shashi coastal treat , it's highly satisfying, some of uus were vegetarians and they ordered chinese which isn't the speciality of this restaurant and surprisingly that was good as well, try any fish, any seafood, any cuisine, from malvani to konkani, you'll get the best meal! The service was bit slow but worth the wait, the attendants were helpful too :)

1.Great Choice for Non-Veg lovers who are seeking non-veg cuisine in and around Prabhadevi area. 2.Friendly staff and quick service. 3.Ample parking area on roadside during dinner hours. 4.Main road touch so very easy and convenient for quick on the way supper options.

Shashi could be an option that you might want to consider for a casual dinner but when a restaurant with a name that prominently emphasis on coastal treat fails to cater to its own brand name, it turns into a major disappointment. The ‘Bangada Tawa Fry’ was not properly marinated and nor was it completely cooked. So the fish definitely wasn’t a coastal treat. However, ‘Chicken Maratha’ was something that I’ve never tasted before. It came in with good quantity and an amazing taste. A proper spicy dish, yet something that did not overpower the flavor of the chicken and was an absolute delight. We also tasted the ‘Chicken Biryani’ which was drool-worthy. The staff was warm, the ambiance, however, was average.

A small joint near the Siddhi vinayak temple, its on the raheja signal bus stop. Small unnoticeable joint so you might miss out. service is ok - as said there are 8-10 tables in all so serving fast should not be a problem. dry chicken lollipop and prawn fry were average while the chicken biryiani was really special.
