The prices are too high that too for a beer and service definitely needs improvement Even for asking a glass for water we had to fight with waiter. This is very basic ask also the place is just for ambience nothing else

Even after having a conversation over the phone regarding entry, when I visited the place, the management informed me that a reservation was required for entry. I have visited this club several times before, but I have never experienced such poor management. Despite calling multiple times for assistance, no one responded or bothered to address the issue. This was quite disappointing and reflects very unprofessional handling of guests.

Absolute shithole of a place, completely empty on a saturday night and yet declining to give a table to a group of about 10 people. Rude and arrogant staff. LIIT’s are disgusting, food is horrible. Used to be an amazing place but the arrogance of staff and overpriced mediocre food has completely ruined the place. Please teach your staff how to be hospitable while you’re running a hospitality business.

firstly this place has different set of rules before and after you enter. They gave us a table and told us to make sure we vacate it within 20 minutes. We had booked a table in advance and yet they made such noise and refused to give it to us. definitely won't visit this place again. We shifted to another pub closeby which was more welcoming. music was not at all great with music played from way back 90s.

went with friends for a party , felt cheated. ordered 1 bottle of gin . the bottle got over ,when asked for repeat mid party they will tell u this brand is over and u have to go for a more expensive brand. you know u have no choice and ur stuck. food was stale . worst experience. never again while leaving the bouncers and waiters are after ur life for extra tips and money.

Booked via Zomato but they said "It's common sense that nowhere in Mumbai you will walk in a club with booking and discounts on a Friday/Saturday night." These money hungry people don't care about customers at all.

We were asked to vacate within 30 mins of reaching. Were asked to pay 15k if we wanted to stay post that.. it was beyond ridiculous..

The staff is really rude. For one table on a Monday they were charging 10K. It was completely empty there. 0/0.
