We came here as a group of 7 after it being recommended to us by a local. On first impression , the actual appearance of the restaurant was bright and welcoming, overall creating a pleasant environment. We all ordered the buttered pav bhajji, which while tasty, would definitely be considered as too spicy for some to the point that they may struggle finishing it. The other qualm we had with the pav bhajji is that the pavs themselves were actually of a relatively small size. We initially din't find this to be too much of a hassle as the staff were prompt in providing us with fresh extras, however this did add a significant amount to our final bill. Cold coffee was also ordered but this I considered to be of lacklustre taste and much better could be had. On a final note, whilst the cleanliness of the actual restaurant was very good, the washrooms most definitely were not and did make some members of our group more cautious about the standards maintained throughout the rest of the restaurant. Overall, the food was good however you should keep in mind prices and be slightly weary of cleanliness. Thank you for reading. Do follow if you came this far…😊

The best chicken flavor. Cheese Tomato Uttapam is special. It is very good in taste and quality. This is a perfect place for South indian lovers, and the Cheese Tomato Onion Capsicum Uttapam is so tasty. I went there after seeing lots of recommendations in different forums. The place is really nice.

This outlet of Shiv Sagar is located in Khar off SV Road on the second road. It is pretty easy to access but the parking can become a bit of challenge 😑 The seating is very simplistic and nothing fancy. It has two floors. We ordered Pav Bhaji with some extra Pavs and Dahi Vada. The food was so delicious and reminded me of childhood times of weekend trips to local restaurants for Mumbai food 😊 The staff is good and very prompt as well. I'm definitely going back again with my family and friends who visit Mumbai from all around... Soon!

This place definitely doesn't deserve such poor rating! Went there to have a quick bite and wasn't disappointed at all. We tried their Cheese Pav Bhaji and Gadbad Ice Cream Sundae and absolutely fell in love with the taste. Super affordable and delicious food! Definitely recommended Taste - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Quantity - 4/5 Value for money - 4/5

Good regular veg restaurant. Good service. Normal ambience. Limited seating. Food choice is big. Tasty food. Chaats, Idli Dosas, Punjabi food, Chinese food. Tea, Coffee and cold drink.

Service was too slow. Food quality was not up to the mark we had ordered sweet corn soup which was okay! Then we have order veg manchurian dry which was very tangy on platter! Palak paneer the taste was like we are eat raw spinach 👎🏻

The worst Service Ever had seen . Poor Customer Service intolerance Behaviour. We just ordered The Food from this restaurant The Parcel Package was literally the worst because of the poor Packaging The Food gets outside from the container we also Complain to The Delivery Man From Zomato He said that this issue was from the restaurant the pakage is not proper please complain to the restaurant so called at restaurant they just Questioning and had arguments that , It's not The restaurant fault It has been done from Delivery Man ! So is Our look Out and also We just requested them to refund the Amount we also have proof with photos and Video but they did not respond to that and said Just Put it on Zomato App After words we will we verify and Refund You?....Is this the Way to Give a service To the customer!

Pathetic place No staff, and existing staff qualify as unprofessional staff They take atleast 20 mins to take order and 30 to deliver something as simple as idli. That too when the restaurant is not fully occupied but had hardly 2-3 table with guest. Absolutely disappointed with their service. such outlet would make the brand name suffer in an already volatile f&b hospitality market.

Please add Paneer reshmi kebab in Sweet dish section and not in Tandoor starters.... It felt like having meethai...than starter it was pathetic
