Excellent food. I can’t say enough about how amazing the podi dosa was. And the owner was so sweet, he made an exception for us despite us reaching after the restaurant had shut down. Excellent hospitality, very quick service, and the portion sizes are so so good.

Captain Vishal @ restaurant serves genuinely delicious South Indian food with great flavors and freshness. The dosas were crisp, the chutneys flavorful, and the service warm and friendly. A lovely spot for authentic comfort food. Highly recommended! 😊

Food is amazing but keeping in sync with fast food the restaurant charges you a bomb on prices of dosa and parantha. Not worth the prices

Hey guys, just wanted to give a Heads Up about my experience at Gomteshwar Bhavan in Malad. The ambiance was nice and staff were friendly, AC not working, but the food didn't quite hit the mark (though I was recommended by a food influencer- that's a lesson don't trust them it's all paid)). Ordered the Limited Thali portion was quiet reserved no option given for sweet even after informing them well in advance, we had to order Malabar Curry and Malabar parotha, kanchipuram I'd like again pretty average and it wasn't what I expected - a bit underwished and overpriced for the portion and taste. Maybe it was just an off day, but thought I'd give them a chance to make it right. Would love a refund or a redo 😊"

The worst dining experience. The wait time for the Thali ordered, was 30 minutes and then cold food was served with greasy purist. When they were asked to get hot curries, it took them 15 more minutes. We went there again because the last time we had gone there was for their Sunday Sadya meal which was great but the meal today was pathetic. Would not advise anyone to go there for Thali.

This place is just a disaster at an epic proportion. Too many things wrong, 1. no valet parking 2. service is too long 3. no clue what they are serving..we ordered kadala curry with puttu and got chana masala 4. anybody is being taken in first no order being followed 5. And the biggest joke at the end...no spoons to eat...we got serving spoons

So finally we visited here to celebrate my friend’s birthday lunch. The place is so so over hyped on social media. We tried thatte podi idli, davangere benne, medu vada and trust me all were such a big disappointment. And we were the only people at 12-1 noon.
