Customer centricity is a major area to be inproved. We had been there around afternoon, while the taste of the food is good, the service was a major put off.. There were flies inside the restaturant, our request to turn on the AC to be able to manage these, was royally ignored. Overall, the experience was 👎

As a food blogger, I often find myself exploring new kitchens in search of comfort food that hits the right notes and Shri Hari Restaurant absolutely delivered. I placed my first order on a rainy day, often the true test for any delivery service, and I was genuinely impressed. Despite the weather, the masala dosa arrived steaming hot- a detail that instantly won me over. The outer layer and the perfectly spiced potato filling made every bite worth savouring. What elevated the experience further was the generous quantity and quality of sambhar and chutney provided. The sambhar was rich and aromatic, while the coconut chutney had just the right amount of freshness and texture- clearly not an afterthought like many others tend to be. From delivery efficiency to taste and portion size, Shri Hari checked all the right boxes. This was my first order, but certainly not the last. I’m already looking forward to trying out more dishes from their menu. If you’re craving authentic South Indian food that travels well and tastes like home, Shri Hari Restaurant deserves a spot on your list.

Went here for my birthday and it felt like i was celebrating it at home. Very good food, staff and the interiors is done so well. I will be going for my birthday in the same restaurant again.

we visited on 26 oct 2024 and ordered Veg sizzler. 1. 1 coloured patty was present which was too cold and hard. Even the server was not able to cut the patty. And no taste at all. 2. 4 piece of manchurian which seems to be full cooked but when started eating we felt that the manchurian was half cooked and i can easily feel thay manchurian was not cooked properly. They just fried the manchurian and served. When we complained regarding the same, they agreed and offered replacement. but again when new manchurian was received and again the same story. 3. Rice and Noodles taste was not up to the mark. 4. veggies were good. overall only 1 out of 5.

We ordered a Lunch Thali. The thali was fulfilling with 2 sabzi, 2 tandoori roti, Dal rice, raita, Gulabjaam and Chaas. The ambience is good. And service was also nice.

I visited with my family for lunch and right from the entrance, ambience, the food, service, hygiene everything was too good. The staff was polite and well trained. We relished the food and the taste was just perfect. Keep it up.
