The main course offers a wide spread of Indian, Asian and Continental dishes including rich curries, biryani, noodles, rice, breads and salads. The overall concept works well, though a few elements keep it from reaching a higher rating. The Starters & Live Grill (4/5): The highlight of the meal is easily the live grill set up right at the table. The chicken and prawn skewers came served hot and had a nice smoky charred finish. The fried options and momos served alongside were warm and decent, accompanied by a good variety of green chutneys, garlic dips, and hot sauces. Main Course (3/5): The main buffet spread is a bit hit-or-miss. While the gravies paired reasonably well with fresh naans, the chicken in the curry was slightly dry, and the biryani lacked the rich flavor and aromatics expected from a buffet spread. It’s filling, but definitely takes a back seat to the starters. Desserts & Drinks (3.5/5): The dessert counter offered a nice sweet finish—the rabri paired with malpua was enjoyable, and the simple salad/sprout spread was a good touch. The cold beverages were refreshing to wash down the heavier grilled items. Ambiance & Service (3.5/5): The dark wood tables and built-in red tile grill setup create a cozy, traditional grill-house vibe. Service was friendly, though promptness in clearing used plates and bringing fresh skewers fluctuated during peak rush. Sigree Global Grill is a good place to visit with family or friends if you want to gorge on unlimited grilled starters and enjoy a casual meal. If they improve the flavor and consistency of their main course dishes, it could easily be a 4-star destination.

it took 20 minutes to start barbeque. they wanted us to eat chhat and pizza for first 20 minutes which we were least interested

Serving stale undercooked food is huge problem.... No matter lots of varieties. 50% food is really bad and other is average.

very less options compared to other similar category restaurants.. + average taste
