We had come for a evening snacks along with the kids and we ordered sushi sandwich, hot chocolate, French fries and cold coffee. Everything was perfect. Gajanan was a great help in choosing the menu, so thank you so much. Will visit soon.

Bhavana was the order person. The food was nice, we had tried their egg Benedict and cheese and chicken omelette. Both were perfectly good and the utaste was great. However the sausages seemed tasteless. Had to add salt and pepper which should have been done by the cook itself. Bhavana seemed least interested in taking order, and when I asked how long it would take, the reply was 15-20 mins toh jata hai na sir abhi order kiya ! Which I had asked her after 20 mins actually. So I think the brand has good food and products but need better trained staff. Lastly had even ordered basil and lemon fresh juice which was so bitter that had to leave it half way.

No one was interested , low to no staffing , i had to go to counter to place order , very poor hygiene in the washroom. Will never visit Powai smoor again
