Had a good dining experience at Soam..ordered the famous amras 9.5/10, then had matar puri and aloo which was 9/10 had pankhi 10/10 masala khichiya wow their chutneys was great overall worth the hype 👏

Hygiene issues , on my table there was a cockroach and then there were mosquitos all around making it difficult inside the AC restaurant to stay cool and calm Improve on the hygience factors , sitting in south bombay and serving food will not alone keep you up ….

the worst service i have experienced , the guy taking our name was the rudest person ever, has no respect for customers, gave our table, and started yelling at my daughter in front of the whole restaurant, for no rhyme or reason, who does that, we left right after it happened, never going there again.

No water in washroom flush, even wash basin has no water. Table is ridiculously congested for 4 people to dine. Soam is losing it
