295th Restaurant to be rated a complete 5on5 by me. Solaire is located inside Grand Hyatt Santacruz and it is easy to locate. This is the newest party venue in the city and trust me they have created a very beautiful place. The DJ console is perfectly placed, the huge bar looks nice and the seatings for all size of groups looks perfect. The ground floor section being a dedicated dance space and the first floor section have comfortable seatings and you get an elevated view from this section. They serve global cuisine and they have Indian options as well however they have brought a unique twist in majority of the dishes which result in great ways hence loved the menu. Prices are at par with similar type of uptrend places and the quantity served is good. Went here for a Friday night dinner and before 11 you can enjoy a calm dinner but after 11 this place transforms to a party destination. The DJ, lightings and everything was top class and trust me you all will love it. Kitchen service was on time and table service by Staff Emmanuel was great as he knew the menu well and he was proactive. What We Had - APPETISERS~ Chicken Sui Mai Dimsum.4/5 Kerala Fried Chicken.5/5 MAINS~ Spiced Smoked Chicken.5/5 Truffle Risotto.5/5 DESSERT~ Salted Caramel Lotus Cake.4/5 MOCKTAILS~ Raspberry Swizzle.4/5 Zero Picante.5/5 So loved Solaire from the minute we entered till the time we exited. The food, vibe, service and everything was top notch. Therefore highly recommended.

solaire was really great , the ambience and overall aesthetic in general doesn't feel like it's in India tbh and we tried their spainish menu, the foods and drinks really complimented eachother and it was great overall the service was great too , we clicked alot of pictures there too bcoz the place is really amazing 5/5 stars from me

The food was great and the staff was so friendly and welcoming Arina and Ellu both were so nice and welcoming. The menu is really good with good options for Indian palates

Did not have majority of items mentioned in the menu and rather was trying to push out their latest Spanish limited menu. Did not haven prawns, lamb or any other non veg options apart from Chicken

The event “escape to Spain” was double booked with a freshers party. Absolutely loud and intolerable music. Organisers told us to come back at 9, for an event starting at 6pm. When I asked what I’m supposed to do for 3 hours, I was told to cancel the booking - for which I would not get any refunds. The food was absolutely not Spanish, it had Mexican food mixed in, and the paella was spicy; which would not happen in Spain. Towards the end all the service staff disappeared, it took us over 15 mins to get the cheque. Once we got it, we were told we can’t pay on zomato as the tasting menu was discounted??? But it was a part of the event? Monstrous organisation, I hope I never come across this kind of nonsense again. Waste of time and money.
