Yesterday on 23rd July 2024, I went to the shop to purchase a cake ( BHAYANDER - EAST OUTLET), i saw Lotus Biscoff for the very first time.( i am a consumer of this cake shop past 3 years ) since Lotus Biscoff is not available in nearby cake shops in bhayander i was surprised and i asked to pack the cake for me. I legit confirmed it from the sales person that is this lotus Biscoff cheesecake only and he undoubtedly said yes it's that ( as from the appearance it seemed to be lotus Biscoff cheesecake, i will attach the photos for the reference). He said me it's worth ₹500/- 1/2 kg i took it and it turned out to be just a normal cake with sponge inside. Just to make you fool from the appearance they had placed 2 lotus Biscoff biscuits above the cake with the brown caramel and cream on the top as dressing. That's how they're fooling in the name of Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake and giving the normal cake with wipped cream and caramel and selling it at ₹500/- that's fraudulent and people should know it and hence i have posted this review. Other cakes are good and upto the mark but this is what i found to be a misleading selling practice and hence i posted the review. Souffle and the admin should take this review and tell their salesperson to provide the right information about the cakes and sell them with the right name. You can see in their menu it's mentioned in the Cheese category: Biscoff cheesecake. @souffle please take this down from your menu or else provide the authentic Biscoff Cheesecake

Pathetic. Don’t ever buy from here. The delivery was so shabby. They couldn’t pack it properly and in addition to it all the cakes were stale and smelling.

I made payment by mistake on Zomato without visiting the restaurant. Request to kindly provide refund at the earliest.
