Looking for a place to try some healthy foods that are even delicious? Try Soul Salad in Malad 😻 These days people are becoming more and more health conscious and honestly finding a place that serves real good healthy food that's even tasty is way too difficult! Luckily strolling on the streets of Malad, we landed at this place on Sunday night for some healthy food. We started by ordering their famous Soul Soup. It had spring onions, purple cabbage, broccoli, bell peppers and so much more. The soup was so good and so soothing especially considering the cold weather of Mumbai these days. Later we went for Polento stack and falafel super bowl. Basically in Polento stack, there are tikkis made up of healthy crispy veggies, brown rice, chargrilled veggies served along with hot and spicy cheese sauce. Honestly, this is by far one of the best healthy dishes I've ever tried! 😻 This dish is definitely ain't a miss! Totally worth every penny spent. And in falafel super bowl, toasted falafels were served which were so so good, and falafels were along with veggies, multigrain lavash and hummus. Amazingg is the word! We also tried their Creamy potato salad. Basically it had herbed potato wedges, spring onions, broccoli, french beans, grilled mushrooms and walnuts with amazing roasted garlic mayo dressing 😻 a perfect example of an wholesome salad! Loved it!!!! To end this delicious meal, we tried their sizzling brownie. In all, the experience at Soul Salad turnes out to be really amazing! Definitely gonna recommend this place to my friends.. Healthy and delicious food at prices which goes easy on pockets.

Been here before a while, must tell you these are doing a wonderful job. Everything in the menu is fabulous, tasty and healthy. We tried their salads, soups and meal bowls. We had Stuffed mushrooms, Italian salad and The best we had was Miki'bowl, full marks to the chef for creating such a recipe. Would love to go again and try other delicacies as well.

The Food is exquisite, the taste of each meal touches the soul..it's exceptional fabulous... Venkatesh aka Venky was very nice and his hospitalily was superb and the Chef Jadhav chumeshwari to all the dishes he was given us..I recommend people to definetly visit this place and try the chef special menu...👍👍

This new place is in the lane of sun moon and potato and alfredo. We found this restaurant just while walking. All the other restaurants were crowded. This is place is a bliss. Ambience and food both are amazing. A must visit.

I had jigis salad. And it was YUMMMM. the quality was amazing, everything was Fresh. The greens looked super fresh. Dressing was just toooo good. The staff was very helpful in helping me pick a salad 🥗
