below par quality of food, fish was stale with peculiar odour, and rest of the recipes also not upto the mark, Vindhyas have to upgrade the quality big time since placed in a five star hotel

loved the place! great south indian food and fabulous vibes. they should use brass cutlery for even premium feeling. at least for filter coffee!

Rizwan was very caring polite ,asking whether food was good .other staff were pleasing. Serving coffee at the end was an excellent idea

I asked for a plain regular sada dosa. I received something else. I asked for thatte idlis , i was given coin idlis. Asked for a watermelon juice which never arrived. The staff didn’t even bother getting me the correct items and just left the incorrect ones at my table expecting me to adjust. To top it all off there was a 20 min wait something as simple as a dosa and after the wait I received stone cold food. This has to be one of the worst experiences i have ever had at a high end restaurant like this. Roadside stalls have better service than this. Save your time, effort & money and go somewhere else if you want to have a nice meal. This place doesn’t care about its customers one bit. Total scam.

the food was very delicious, right from starters to desserts - truly made my birthday special . The staff were very courteous and surprised me with a birthday cake too . special thanks to Sanika ensuring that we were taken care definitely will visit again

An honest review, Thali at this place is not even worth Rs 300! To start with, the staff is as straight faced as dead people, no warmth, no smile, zero attentiveness, they lack in basics (I realised even the managers in black suit lacked it…so it naturally passes on to staff). I had my little daughter with me, now because her food is complimentary, none of the staff member bothered to even ask for once if they could get her some food of her liking! Staff worth sacking! Food - they had onion Bhajji in starters! Nobody visits luxury restaurant to have something so ordinary. The main course, they had such ordinary sabjis which i wont even eat in my daily office meals. Sambhar was below average, go to any Matunga Udipi, they have far better one.. Desert, my wife thought they would have coconut milk icecreams…i laughed it off saying bet they cant think beyond vanilla and strawberry (flavoured ones). Money wasted, more importantly an afternoon!
